It was ok for the one night we needed it for.
Pros:

Located in a good spot and is value for money for the area.

Cons:

The room does need attention, the broken cupboards and cracked roof. The glass door between bedroom and bathroom also needs to be looked at -when staying with friends or colleagues, this is extremely uncomfortable.

They failed to deliver the key
Pros:

I liked the capital trilogy as a whole.

Cons:

I could not get hold of the host for more than 3 hours. TI ended up sleeping in another apartment that I booked for myself with my money. The place was not available.

Conveniently located with a needed refresh from high use.
Pros:

Convenient location to business events at The Capital.

Cons:

The room needed a refresh because it had significant wear and tear - worn flooring, dirty walls, etc. Additionally, there was a very large group of student athletes staying there with their families and they were very loud all the time.

Not as good as my previous stays at The Capital Trilogy Menlyn Maine - other units.
Pros:

Location good

Cons:

Place needs some TLC. TV cabinet falling apart as well as a peace of ceiling above the sliding doors. Furthermore the cutlery was not up to standard for example there was only one fork to eat with.
AICRON definitely needs a service,
