Le personnel incompétent ils ont lavé mon costume en lin avec du javel alors qu’il devait juste le repasser. Il devait me rembourser le costume lors de notre départ il on rien fait des gros menteur

Preis-Leistung passt nicht!
Cons:

Das Hotel hat seinen Preis nicht verdient, die Ausstattung war sehr alt und teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig. Obwohl dem Personal angesprochen wurde, kam keine Reaktion und nichts unternommen. Für diesen Preis bekommt man beseres Hotel. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Момчетата от персонала винаги ни помагаха от каквото имахме нужда,поздравления за готвачката готвеше вкусно,но еднообразно меню

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es gab einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und weil das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war wurde uns ein besseres Zimmer gegeben als wir gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war sauber, und nett eingerichtet. Es gab jeden Tag zwei schmackhafte Gerichte und viele kalte Vorspeisen so wie das Salatbuffet und Nachspeisen sowie verschiedene Obstsorten. Das türkische Frühstücksbuffet war auch lecker mit kleinen Abwechslungen.

Cons:

Einige schlechte Bewertungen, die ich vorher gelesen hatte, kann ich nicht bestätigen und sind meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Es war alles super.
Den einzigen Nachteil, den ich empfinden würde, ist die Entfernung zum Strand, aber das weiß man ja vorher.
Wir hatten ein Auto, deswegen war es kein Problem.

Kapattigim odayi vermediler sonra şikayet ettim başka odaya aldılar odadaki çarşaflar çok kirliydi muhtemelen evcil hayvan konaklamis yatak örtüleri değiştirdiler sonra başka odaya aldılar bizi giriş yaptık üçüncü kez odaya sular kükürt kokuyor dediler ama tam bir laam kokusu vardı. Giriş yaptık üç saat sonra çıkış yapmak zorunda kaldım ücretin en azından yarısını iade edebilirlerdi tamamını aldılar. Otel e erken vardım 5 saat icin tam gün ücreti istediler. Şu an başka oteldeyim onların kükürt diye bahsettiği o koku yok.ustelik ilk defa da termal otelde kalmıyoruz

Храната беше хубава,закуска и вечеря на блок маса.

Cons:

При настаняването ни, от рецепция поискаха повече пари от това което бях резервирала, след кратка разправия им платих сумата от резервацията.Хотела е занемарен и е за основен ремонт, не бихме го посетили отново!

Personeel is echt top. Ontbijt is goed avond eten was goed hapjes die je de hele dag door kon kopen was goed

De bedden (matrassen) zijn zo slecht je voelt letterlijk de vering erin. Zwembad is een ramp het is helemaal kapot! de randjes kinderen willen duikje nemen vallen letterlijk in een gat kunnen zo hun enkel breken. Er komen letterlijk uit de zwembad tegels die los komen Verschrikkelijk.
