Pros:

Термалната вода и мястото, където беше разположен хотелът. Служителите бяха много отзивчиви!!

Cons:

Спа центърът беше нехигиеничен, парната баня не работеше. Има нужда от ремонт и чистота!!!

Храната беше хубава,закуска и вечеря на блок маса.

Cons:

При настаняването ни, от рецепция поискаха повече пари от това което бях резервирала, след кратка разправия им платих сумата от резервацията.Хотела е занемарен и е за основен ремонт, не бихме го посетили отново!

Personeel is echt top. Ontbijt is goed avond eten was goed hapjes die je de hele dag door kon kopen was goed

De bedden (matrassen) zijn zo slecht je voelt letterlijk de vering erin. Zwembad is een ramp het is helemaal kapot! de randjes kinderen willen duikje nemen vallen letterlijk in een gat kunnen zo hun enkel breken. Er komen letterlijk uit de zwembad tegels die los komen Verschrikkelijk.

50 metrekare dedikleri ayle suiti maksimum 35 metrekare. Temizlik hiç iyi değildi ve fiyatta fark çıkmasını hiç sevmedim.

Very bad stuff, very dirty room! We had to clean everywhere with Towels in the room. Stones falling down from the roof! The flush on toilet never fills up - you have to wait 30 minutes to flush after you are done! Terrible place.

Great place, very relaxing, great spa, and I would return.
Pros:

I loved my family suite - it is full of windows with lots of views out onto the trees, and very quiet, just the occasional tinkling of sheep bells from the field next door. The bathtub was great and I believe also drew from the thermal water. The manager was very kind, speaks English and even allowed me to use the meeting room for my important Zoom meetings. The staff apart from the manager speak little English but were very helpful via Google Translate. The food is delicious and plentiful - some of the best tasting veggies I've ever had! (Is thermal water used in the fields?) - and with enough variety that it worked well despite my food sensitivities to gluten and nightshades. The spa is great - the huge hot pool and cold shock shower and relaxing salt room were my favorites.

Cons:

My only suggestions: put reclining chairs in the salt room for better relaxation; put more furniture like a table and chairs in the family suite, and a dining table on the terrace, and supply some housewares like a kettle, cups and frying pan. These things would make the place more comfortable for a long stay and I may just have to buy them myself if I stay for a month sometime :)

We preferred this hotel because it is in the health ministry’s list of certified thermal facilities and they accept dogs
Pros:

Location of the hotel is just fine.
What I like the most about the hotel is massage.

Cons:

The first day of our stay was not pleasant for us. Unfortunately, the door of the room was not working properly that they could not get it fixed, tv set was not working, robes we have was kinda wet, cleaning was not completed, hot pool was not hot enough for thermal spa, we even wanted to leave. Dinner was just fine but the breakfast was poor.
