It was a cool place for a night since I had a connecting flight the following day. About 5km from the airport. It was unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing was missing. It even had a slot machine and a television in the bathtub lol. The complimentary dinner and breakfast was a sure bonus. The staff were nice.

Beautiful property, the staff were extremely friendly and free dinner and breakfast were included with our stay. Shower room was also lovely and the skincare/hair care amenities in the room were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.
Location was beautiful but far away from any shops/activities, it was quite a hike to get there with all of our luggage from the bus station. It was also fairly noisy outside, we could hear planes flying by for most of the day/night and the window rattled whenever the wind hit it, but we were tired enough that it didnโt affect our sleep too much. You also donโt get a room key and must go to the front desk to have them unlock your room to get in if you leave, so thatโs something to note if you feel better having one.

It was the best accommodation I had during my trip to Japan. If I ever came to Tokyo again, I would definitely want to use this accommodation again, as it was so comfortable and happy.

The transportation wasn't good because the accommodation was located on the outskirts. I'm thinking of using a rental car when I want to visit next time.
Service was good and friendly
Staff was very nice and polite. We felt welcomed from the beginning of our stay. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and included in the total room price. Thank you very much Water Gate hotel!

Loved the bathtub and all the free face and skin products available to us. The room also included complimentary dinner when we arrived and breakfast in the morning. Worth the price ๐
We had to kill a centipede, probably because of the bathroom humidity and because we were on the main floor.
