It is a small apartment not a hotel.
Pros:

It was my mistake not seeing it was not a hotel I had booked but an small apartment. It was a very small one room apartment on the 10th floor. It is not a 5 star hotel. An old lady came with the key and opened the door. There are many restaurants in the sourroundings.

Cons:

It is an apartment building block with no breakfast and no services offered. The apartment was a 1 room apartment with a kitchen and closed off sleeping area. It worked fine but not what I expected.
