Gramercy Residences - 2BR High Floor

WE WERE NOT ACCOMMODATED BY THE HOST. SICK!!

We were scammed by the owner of this property! The unit they gave us is different from the listing! When we went there, the concierge told us that the owner didn’t process our access card so we will be the one who should process it ourselves. The room doesn’t have a lock so the owner said that we should just leave it open when we go out which we don’t agree on because if something happens like if we lost some things would they be responsible for it? We were informed of this “LAST MINUTE”. The owner continued lying to us! A lot of things happened that ruined our stay! The property management told us that the owner already has a record with them. They keep on receiving complaints from their guests. Meaning, it has been an occurring problem already. We were’t given an access to pool because he didn’t process our access card. We checked in at around 3:30pm but the cleaner finished cleaning the room at 5:00 pm, she is still cleaning while we’re there! The extra bed is the worst! It’s so hard and you might get injured! IF YOU DON’T WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE HASSLE, DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER WE WENT THROUGH PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM ALL OF THESE AND GO FIND A DECENT LISTING! SKIP THIS! WORST STAYCATION EVER!
