The hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive, even using profanity toward guests who merely stopped by.
The restrooms were very dirty, and most of the toilets were broken.
The hotel did not even provide hand soap.
Overall, it was a very disturbing and unpleasant experience.
Happy Life Hotel was there too make sure all of our needs were met. The staff was very friendly :)
Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, quiet rooms, beautiful lobby.
And they even upgraded us for free. So nice.

Unfortunately we didn't like anything about this hotel.
The room wasn't cleaned or dusted. We had to spray the room due to cockroaches etc. The bed was hard. Only one pillow each. The lead for the TV was hanging out exposing a live wire in the lead. No cover on the drain in the shower. Very much in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing that suited us to eat (and we're not that fussy and will eat most things) We had dry bread instead as there was no butter. We were handed a half used jar of peanut butter. No way was I using that. No milk for tea and cream was too sweet for the coffee. Not a good start to the day.
We will never be back and would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed here only one night and moved to a better hotel and location.

Good area
Some parts of the room had been updated, staff were helpful.
Other parts of the room were old ie wardrobe was falling apart. Bed was a little lumpy.
AC Could be better, TV no options for English
Hotel looked very nice, my room was excellent. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a known restaurant on the first floor and a good ATM very close, that was very comfortable.
The traffic outside was very bad and the location was not very good, there really was no where to walk, but very beautiful areas were a short ride away. Breakfast at this hotel was, the worst one I experienced in Vietnam.
