No room cleaning they never offered to clean my room the entire time

Security and noisy
Horrible, zero out of ten! The property looks nothing like the photos online. It was so dirty and felt so dangerous that I didn’t stay and booked another hotel.
It looked completely different than the pictures online. There were people loitering outside with liquor. There were cars driving through the parking lot, playing loud music. There was a homeless person dancing around a trashcan out front. There were no amenities in the lobby as advertised. There was a terrible smell inside. And the front desk staff were exceptionally rude.
The property was decent-clean, quiet, and welcoming. It was also convenient, taking in consideration the reason I was in town. The staff were nice.
A few minor things but, it didn’t interfere with my stay- room didn’t have a microwave, fridge wasn’t really cold, room door was a struggle to open, the business center wasn’t up and running (computers and printers weren’t operable). Not much offered far as, drinks and snacks for guests. Only, basic drink and snack machine. Breakfast is not served for guests. Again go me minor but, overall, the stay was good.

My rooms door was not working its stucking again & again and when i complained they said this is old door thats why this happens!! And my next door room was making too much noise at midnight 1 & 2 so we can’t sleep peacefully and we complained but no response!
I was a regular customer for this hotel but not now!
