Pros:

The restaurant was really comfortable with great atmosphere. Food selection wasn't great but what they had on the menu was good and the staff were great

Cons:

Some parts of the facility were getting run down a bit. Needed to ask for things like hair dryer.

Pros:

The room we booked was a bit small specially the toilet. The staff are accommodating & friendly. We were a bit amused how many staffs they have during check in. There is not much recipes on the menu, so it was okay only for breakfast.

The only thing that we appreciated were the friendly staff. We were excited about the vintage themed room but it was not
Pros:

The staff were very approachable and hospitable.

Cons:

There are a lot of things missing like hair blower. There are no intercom so we need to go all the way down to the receptionist to report the Netflix that's not working. Lights are too dim.

If you’re looking for a spacious hotel suite, consider Palacio Suite at Solano!
Pros:

The customer service was top tier from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional providing us with towels, clean room, guest assistance when needed. We initially booked three suites but after looking at the Palacio suite, we identified that met our needs. We’re from the states and this suite would be equivalent to what we would consider a penthouse or presidential suite. We loved the space, clean bathrooms, wraparound balcony, central cooling, & king size bed. We had 8 in our party, and the staff set up extra beds to accommodate the extra people.

Cons:

Our kitchen was not available for use but the staff quickly pivoted and assisted with preparing our meals in their kitchen. This isn’t standard but since we booked the room with the kitchen and had all of the meats and produce already purchased, we came up with another viable option that worked for both of us.

Pros:

Near the city and the location of our business dealings

Cons:

No complimentary water and slippers. And when I asked the front desk upon check out she confirmed housekeeping forgot to put it because there was no welcome letter.
