Pros:

The Apartment building is new and somewhat feels like still under construction..

The rooms
Are simple. It’s a bit strange that the main room has no windows…

A fantastic stay with a very hospitable host and a clean, fresh space that’s close to everything!
Pros:

The place was close to everything: walking distance to Oakridge Banilad and just a few minutes away from SM Jmall. The host was very responsive, and check-in was incredibly smooth. When she found out the door knob was stiff, she immediately came over to fix it. She even gave snacks to our nephew who was at the unit! We really appreciate the generous gesture. The place was new, smelled great, and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Cons:

I was disappointed with the towels provided, as they left a lot of lint on our bodies and clothes after showering. More importantly, a decorative frame that was attached to the wall fell while we were asleep, leaving a bruise on my husband's arm. While I know mistakes happen, I hope management will double check that wall fixtures are secure so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
