Das Personal am Empfang ist über alle Maße aufmerksam und hilfsbereit...vor allem die Dame, welche uns an unserem Abreisetag mit einem Problem sehr geholfen hat...leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht...nochmals vielen Dank für ihre große Hilfe 🙏🏻

Cons:

Das Badezimmer benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Das Frühstück war nicht wie erwartet und das WLAN extrem langsam.

Butik şirin bir otel Personel çok yardım sever.
Pros:

Fayda fiyat oldukça iyiydi. Merkeze yakın sayılan bir noktadaydı. Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda penceresi aydınlatmaya baksada ferah sayılırdı.

Cons:

Kahvaltı zayıftı. Çok ara sokakta Grab uygulamasından şöförler bile zor buluyorlardı.

Friendly and helpful staff, happy to have a chat and provide recommendations

Cons:

Only downside it was down a narrow alley so taxis sometimes struggled. However it is also close to a main road so accessing the rest of the city was easy
