The room even single bedroom

Cons:

Iron. Because my scarf was burn because of the iron. I think the iron need to change to the heavy iron.

Staff receptionist lelaki yang pakai cermin mata tu tersangatlah problem,tak reti buat kerja,terpaksa tukar bilik hotel sebab bilik 1st bau hapak air aircond dan aircond rosak,bila minta tukar staff laki pakai spek tu boleh offerkan kita "kipas"? Wtf orang nak duduk hotel dengan selesa bukan nak kipas,luckily ada staff receptionist perempuan tu dan dia buat kerja dengan baik,dan bagi bilik yang bagus,improve ur staff especially laki yang pakai spek tu

Cons:

came to the counter to check in around 2 a.m. and clearly informed the staff coming with family. were told to proceed with the check-in process, bringing along our three sleepy daughters, my wife, and all our luggage only to be informed that our room was in the next building and that we had to return to the car. They should have been considerate enough to tell us this earlier, before we unloaded our belongings. It felt like no one bothered to think about our situation.
