En primer lugar no respetaron mi reservacion que era habitación con A/C, segunda el baño sucio lleno de moho en la regadera,, tercera parecía monte con tanta hierba alrededor, cuarta el personal zero profesionales y sin sentido de servicio. A todo lo que les preguntas te responden: NO SÉ

Personal increíble, el hotel no tanto
Pros:

El personal muy atento y amable
Limpieza cada dos días con cambio de ropa de cama
La alberca
Las instalaciones lucen un poco distinto en las fotos a como son realmente, pero estan muy bien
Buenas ventilación y ventilador para lidiar con el bochorno
Te cuidan tu equipaje si tu check out es antes de tu viaje de regreso para que disfrutes tu día, detallazo!! :)

Cons:

De manera general, el hotel se me hizo al final un poco caro para lo que ofrecía (al menos con booking)
Un punto a aclarar es que hay una multa de $500 mxn en caso de manchar la ropa de cama
En nuestra habitación había problemas con la puerta del baño (se atoraba)

Worst nightmare in Mexico...old and dirty hotel which is for sale

It was the worst experience ever in Mexico. The room had mold, it was dirty, the toilet was broken and there were cockroaches and worms in the bathroom. We looked at 6 other rooms and there was always something broken or extremely dirty.😔 There were also repeated power outages on the first night and it was really loud. We left straight after the first night even though we had booked 4. Despite promises, no refund was made. We had to involve Booking.com as the owner and managers were completely unsupportive. It's really crazy how some people can be.
The hotel is for sale so no investments are done anymore. Please look for other accommodations in Puerto Escondido.

Good quality price
Pros:

Good location , I just stay one night. Very basic . Of you are a light sleeper try to get a room not close to the road . Hotel is onThe main road, I stayed in an outside room and was very noise .
