Excellent, convenient stay, best value for money
Pros:

The hotel seems to be recently renovated. It was decorated and lit neatly. The room size was very good - quite spacious. The sea view room on third floor had a nice view of the bay. It also had a spacious sit-out area for larger groups to sit together and enjoy evening tea or family/group games. The staff was also quite humble and helpful. The part is the location. It is hardly 5 mins walking from cellular jail which was mainly reason for me to choose this hotel. It is the nearest best hotel there. It is also at walking distance to the main market and had ample auto/taxi etc. crossing by to catch.

Cons:

The restaurant was also decent. The food quality was mostly nice. I will not say that it I did not like it. But it could have been better. We have 5 meals here including buffet breakfast. Only once, when we ordered paneer and aloo paratha - they were tandoori parathas and not baked well. Daal - khitchdi was more of daal and rice mixed together. All other items and meals were good. Staff was also polite and courteous. They offered to get the parathas again, but we did not want to wait for it. All other items like Nan, daal, rice, noodles, poori, chola, tea, etc. in all other meals were good. Poori infact were excellent.

Lyxigt och fint, bra läge till relativt lågt pris
Pros:

Det var lyxigt, rent och frukost buffén var jättegod och magvänlig. Man fick mycket kvalité och bekvämlighet för relativt lite pengar. Personalen var super hjälpsam, kompetent och tillmötesgående. Man fick en god kall välkomstdrink vilket kändes härligt. Lokalerna är snyggt designade och vackra!

fantastic location walking distance to the cellular jail and the view from the room was magical...
Pros:

the view was fantastic... it made up for everything.. staff were helpful

Cons:

Breakfast could be served earlier as checkout time is 900am... 700am breakfast would be ideal.... although thye do provide packed BF it is not the same

Pros:

Хороший отель. Современный номер. Красивый вид. Есть лифт. Удачное месторасположение: рядом тюрьма и порт для экскурсии на острова.

Cons:

Не работал nfc на терминале, не смогли оплатить картой. На завтрак маленький выбор, но это общая проблема этих островов, даже в отелях, где выбор больше, есть нечего, все очень острое.

Great location, nice room, and some peculiarities
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only, on our way from Neil Island back home to the Czech Republic. The location is great (next to Cellular Jail, and close to the center of town), and from our room we had a great view of the sea and Ross Island. The room was sufficiently spacious, with the bathroom being larger than usual (and with some pleasant details, like a wall-mounted cosmetic/vanity mirror). As for peculiarities: the hotel does not have its own breakfast room – you have to leave the hotel and enter the restaurant next door, where you find a buffet, but not very attentive waiters (and if you want coffee, the waiter gets out onto the street, to get your coffee from the stall just outside the restaurant…). More peculiarities: the room’s door is not self-closing, so you either have to remember to manually lock it, or be prepared to have some small Indian kids mistakenly entering your room every other minute. And in the bathroom, the toilet roll holder is so low, that your toilet paper is almost always down on the (wet) floor (besides, for some unknown reason, they supply you with very minimal toilet paper rolls – about a quarter of the regular size). Nevertheless, our stay was OK, but we pity that the above mentioned “peculiarities” diminished our (initially rather favourable) impression of this hotel.

Cons:

Some minor irks (breakfast in different restaurant, no self-closing door, some details in the bathroom), but nothing to spoil your stay.
