Amazing luxurious room , great pool & roof top bar

Cons:

We were on the smokers floor and it smelled horrible. We complained about it and they said they’d either change the room or freshen up the smell in the room. At the end nothing was done and it was really hard to enjoy the stay when it smelled like cigarettes on our floor. Which is a shame because the room was AMAZING. I wish they asked if we’re ok with the smoking floor

Slechtste ervaring in Thailand (in meer dan 60 hotels overnacht)
Pros:

Kamerpersoneel en horecamedewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

2de maal dat wij dit hotel boekte. Vorig jaar waren er problemen met de jacuzzi, deze werkte niet. Dit werd onmiddellijk opgelost door de techniekers.
Wij hebben dit jaar opnieuw geboekt en op voorhand gevraagd om het bad na te kijken en te testen. Dit gingen ze zeker doen en bedankte ons om terug te komen.
Op de avond van ons verblijf lieten wij het bad vollopen en bij activatie van de jacuzzi kwamen er zwart/bruine vlokken uit de leidingen.
Dit hebben wij gemeld aan de receptie en deze gingen het nakijken.

Helaas na het reinigen bleven er vlokken uit de leidingen komen.
Deze kamer kost omgerekend 250 USD, dit is in Thailand een aardig bedrag. Wij hebben niet kunnen genieten van de kamer.

Wanneer wij de receptie en manager hierover aanspreken lijken zij dit te minimaliseren.

Daar wij niet volop van de kamer hebben kunnen genieten vroegen wij een tegemoetkoming,hier wou de manager niet in meegaan.


Bij het ontbijt zat er een kakkerlak tussen de fruitsappen, dit is onacceptabel voor een 4 sterrenhotel.

Wij zullen verdere stappen nemen zodat dit hotel een slechte beoordeling krijgt.

Wij raden andere klanten steeds aan om een hotel met SHA+ quotering te nemen. Dit hotel beschikt hier niet over en dat verwonderd ons niet na ons bezoek.

Bij aankomst komen ze niet helpen met de koffers, ze verwachten dat de klanten dit zelf doen.
