Average hotel, and receptionist Nene made it a terrible experience

Good location and nice bathroom, though getting a taxi is difficult at times.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I was received by a receptionist named Nene, whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Right away, she aggressively warned me that if I lost any key card, 100 would be deducted from my deposit. When I simply asked for an extra card holder, she repeated the same threat in a very provocative and rude manner. Her hostility was completely unwarranted and made check-in deeply uncomfortable.
In contrast, the other front desk employee was polite and respectful. As for the property itself, it was quite average, not very clean, and lacked comfort. It certainly does not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

Modern, luxurious room. Clean, quiet. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful bathroom and relaxing shower. Nice room and lobby decor. Delicious buffet breakfast with Asian and European food. Convenient Soi 11 location near MRT & BTS stations.

Pros:

Herlig beliggenhed, alt man kan ønske sig som single mand, er lige uden for døren.

A good choice
Pros:

Close to BTS.
Soi 11 is a pulsing street with bars and nightclubs.
Pastell rooftop bar is a must try.
Walking distance to all you need, 7/11, Terminal 21, bars, food etc.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice pool.

Cons:

Elevators are small, gets busy when its a populare hotel.

Good Location, but Too Many Issues During Our 4-Night Stay

SUPPORT STAFFS WERE FRIENDLY, THEY PROVIDE A GOOD BREAKFAST AND HAVE GOOD PARKING FACILITY

Old Building, Establishment Uses too much air freshener everywhere probably to hide bad moldy smell lurking behind wallpapers and boards.

I stayed in Family 2 Bedroom Suite, which has two small bedrooms, and living area with a kitchen.

Issues which distusrbed me-
1. Found small cockroaches in the kitchen area almost everyday
2. found similar cockroaches/ bedbugs in my bed twice which led to allergy trigger and was particularly concerning for my 4 year old kid; thus had sleep with lights on for 2 nights.
3. In the shower you hand shower mode changing button was broken, and no matter how much you try you cannot find right balance of water temperature.
4. Conditioner bottle mouth was blocked because probably it was old also bathroom floor are really slippery.
5. Chairs provided was very lightweight may easy break
6. My room had no windows for the price i payed this is the firat time happened to me
7. other bedroom it had a window but positioned behind the; If you moved the curtain you will find dirty glasses with almost no view.
8. Stayed there for 4 nights, everyday needed to collect a receipt from parking and stamp that in the reception. They should upgrade/change the system a bit, may be they can install key card scanners in the parking too if possible.
9. No child Facility
10. went to the pool but didn't swim, as there were dirts floating, realized probably that is why they selected dark coloured tiles for the pool
