Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Restricted Swimming times apply to children using the swimming pool and leisure facilities - please check with hotel for full details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The friendly staff and the facilities
The food wad very good as well.
This dies not reflect on the i rr all stay. But the walk from the car park in the dark is not well lit.
The hotel and our room were really lovely. The spa treatments we had were amazing. Also enjoyed the pool and the aromatherapy room. A lovely place to relax. Would definitely recommend a stay and a visit to The Lost Gardens of Heligan which we also really enjoyed.
Lots of open space, good outdoor walks nearby
Pool access was limited and rules about when children were allowed were not clear for guests (but very well known to regular swimmers!)

The choice at breakfast time was exceptional and if they didnt have what you wanted on their menu you only had to ask and they made it. Nothing is too much trouble
Nothing we disliked. There was everything and more there for your use and, if it wasn't, you only had to ask.
The room was up to a good standard.
The breakfast was chaotic,as the the room did not cater for the number of people there. The spa was overbooked.The restaurant was also overbooked so we could not get our anniversary meal there (55 years).

Spa and bar area was lovely
Bed was not to the standard as the rest of the hotel and this needs addressing. Maybe contact ViSping beds of Plymouth and get a deal to replace them
