Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Restricted Swimming times apply to children using the swimming pool and leisure facilities - please check with hotel for full details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The breakfast was excellent with varied choice. Location was ideal and grounds and gardens were well maintained. Loved the room balcony for chilling out on after a busy day

Starting to look a bit run down in our room. Lots of cigarette ash out on our balcony when we first got to the room but rain washed it away.

Für ältere Leute ist der Weg von der Rezeption zu den Zimmern beschwerlich. Die Abzugsanlage der Küche ist sehr laut wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Aber wohl nicht zu ändern

Route from car park to entrance
Comfortable and very large bed. Nice big bathroom. Big room with lots of space. Very good breakfast, especially the fact that you can order from a separate menu for other requests is a big bonus.
Very friendly staff that was very helpful.
Overall we would really recommend.
- For it being a very large room, it's strange that there was limited closet space. There were only a few hangers and no shelves. We still had to live out of our suitcases, which is really a shame.
- The electric chargers for the car had an idle fee.
- The spa was a bit outdated. The chairs were not very comfortable and there weren't a lot. I was hoping for a relaxing space where you could lay, but there were just a few chairs right at the pool.

The evening meal wasn’t good.
The lodge was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The swimming pool was superb and had long opening times. Restaurant on site was useful.
The hotel reception seemed a bit shabby and the lodges didn't really feel a part of the hotel.
Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig.
Als Genussraucher-Zigarren kommt man sich als Aussätziger vor. Es wird einem keine gemütliche Möglichkeit geboten, nicht einmal im Garten.
