Guests who wish to dine in one of the onsite restaurants must reserve tables when booking, to avoid disappointment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that dinner, bed and breakfast includes a 3-course dinner at Elephant Brasserie. The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool. Restricted Swimming times apply to children using the swimming pool and leisure facilities - please check with hotel for full details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Sounded great… disappointing breakfast and cleanliness.
Pros:

The restaurant staff were super polite and helpful.
The grounds and gardens are pretty and well kept.
Car park was easy to find and level surface.

Cons:

The room had grubby walls and bed side table surfaces.
The white bedding had yellow stains on the covers and sheet.
The TV did not have a remote control.
There were items left in the drawers from a previous guest.
Lots of moths were flying around the toilet area.
Breakfast was disappointing, shop brought waffles with some yogurt on top.

A relaxing stay with great views, good food, strong Wi-Fi and a chilled atmosphere, though slightly let down by dated ro
Pros:

- Good location - good views from the balcony & standard sitting arrangements in the balcony as well for a coffee or drink. Very calm vibe.
- Good food - bit haphazard seating at the restaurant. Service is relaxed.
- Chilled vibe at the bar with nice jazz music in the background.
- Really good internet connection.
- Comfortable bed

Cons:

- Average but expensive wine - a bottle of Gran Rosso Negroamaro - Primitivo costed £30 instead of market price of under £10.
- Tiny Tv where smart feature not working - it shows YouTube as an option but nothing happens when you click on it using the remote.
- No handheld shower
- Dated wallpaper
- Limited room service food options

Peaceful location with spacious rooms.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good. It’s a peaceful location.

Es gibt im Bad kaum Haken zum trocken von Bademäntel, Handtücher und ggf. Badekleidung.

A lovely comfortable stay. It felt luxurious.
Pros:

The swimming pool and spa are really good. The pool was really warm too.
The breakfast was generous. Continental selection followed by either hot buffet or we could order a from a menu.

Lovely location, easy to find, very quiet away from road, excellent in all respects.
Pros:

The pool was lovely and the sauna was excellent. Lockers and other facilities were very good. Room was great, really comfy, with everything we needed.

Cons:

The spinner for drying swim gear was out of action.

Poor reception staff. Made a complaint which hasn’t been followed up. Asked for simple things and nothing was done.

Lovely place to stay, and remarkably well appointed.
Pros:

The lodge was extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated. The reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was fully booked for dinner on both nights of our stay. The staff managed to squeeze us in on the first night, but it was really a bit too crowded. We were also bothered by noisy late night customers in the lodge next to us.
