Pathetic
Pros:

It was the most pathetic property i decided to withdraw as soon as i was there but since it was lqte night me qnd my friend decided to be there for one night rhey asked me to cancel bookings on booking . Com and they will charge me 3000 so i decided to take one day chance but next day they promised they will acdept my cancellatooj on booking.com but they did not and yet i am charged half of the room i have paid 1500 in cash already and stayed for one day please help

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at

Cons:

Please be careful, I spoke to the hotel before arrival as my flight was getting in late. They offered to arrange transport for me from the airport and I was charged 3 times the actual fare. The rooms and communal areas are filthy. I was changed room 3 times within half an hour of arrival. I don’t know when the last the bedding was changed. The advert is misleading, it makes it look like the property has a swimming pool and a restaurant. It has neither. Those pics are of a separate property.
Some of the staff are polite enough. Some are rude but none of them are particularly helpful. They are too busy messing about on their phone to be bothered by work. My experience was not good at all so best of luck
