NEVER AGAIN
Cons:

Other renters walking around in their underwear. Sharing a bathroom with 4 strangers, it’s a VERY bad neighborhood!! Should warn folks about the size. The photos on bookings ad is VERY misleading!! NEVER again ! The owner was a nice guy but that was literally the only good thing. I never write bad reviews but people need informed on this place!!

It sucked and I deserve my money back if nothing else
Pros:

I booked very late and was able to get in quickly.

Cons:

There was a crackhead in room one that kept me up all night because he was moaning and drowning, and eventually the police and paramedics came to get him so it was a miserable night and I was very uncomfortable and frightened for my safety

It was affordable and clean, but not inviting and not fully furnished.

It was pretty clean.

Cons:

Shabby carpet, very few kitchen utensils, bedroom tiny (not as pictured), mattress cheap and uncomfortable, living area spartan.

Very Reliable Property
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic host. Very flexible and responsive. Just a cool guy to talk to as well.

I booked two locations in Pittsburgh, but when my second one fell through, this property was immediately able to reaccommodate me.
