We loved it so much we came back
Pros:

Amazing view from the balcony. Great hotel design. The swimming pool was the favourite bit.

Cons:

Beau séjour près du mont Ararat, skis aux pieds et tout sur place
Pros:

Chambres très confortables, piscine superbe (38 mètres) et sauna hammam, salle de fitness.
petit déjeuner varié et copieux
personnel à l'écoute
location ski et chaussures sur place, et au pied de la piste menant à la cabane pour les forfaits
pistes enneigés naturellement et damées régulièrement : superbe (sauf le vent fort en altitude)

Cons:

Le lobby est immense et froid, y compris pour l'atmosphère. La décoration est assez bling bling : tableaux réalistes encadrés d'or. La musique de fond et aussi dans la piscine est sirupeuse

The hotel breakfast was disappointing. There was very little variety and the selection was limited. The breakfast area was quite small, and the food in the restaurant was also very poor.

Pros:

Шикарная входная группа, живая музыка по вечерам, камин и большой бассейн с сауной и хамамом. Чисто.

Cons:

Нет сушильной комнаты для горнолыжки. Точнее она есть, но там прохладно, один раз оставил ботинки там, с утра пришлось ехать кататься в мокрых... Достаточно просто поставить туда тепловую пушку и будет гуд.

Завтраки, да, голодным не останешься, но можно намного лучше.

Дорога, после снегопадов подняться в отель тот ещё квест. Такси забраться не могут, шли пару раз пешком. Плюс было несколько аварий, машины просто скатываются (все на летней резине). Соответственно нужен свой транспорт (полный привод с шипами или цепями) для доставки туристов к подъемнику или просто спускать/поднимать в такие критические ситуации, т.к. было волнительно, что не уедем в аэропорт.

Если эти моменты подтянуть, то будет топ отель!

Pros:

Предоставленно очень хороший номер, поскольку были с малышом до одного года. Расположили так что соседи Не мешали и мы им. Хотим отметить часть бассейна и сауны просто офигительный, рекомендуем.

Удобный номер.
Огромный хол. Вечером живая музыка!
Ходили на массаж. Делала молодая девушка с не большим опытом работы. Но у нее золотые руки! Получила невероятное удовольствие.

Cons:

В бассейне один день была слишком громкая музыка. Голова заболела от долбежки через 5 мин. На следующий день музыка была тише и гораздо приятнее.
Переодически не работает интернет в номере.
Еда в ресторане не вкусная. Обедали /ужинали или в ресторане у склона и выезжали в Радзан.

Cons:

Две маленькие сауны на 5 человек при наличии огромного пространства. Душ в 30 метрах от бани. Бассейн Очень большой и Очень мелкий, для детей супер для плавания не очень. Прокат лыж на улице в сарайчике и это при наличии большого пустого помещения внутри. Оборудование откровенно старое . Ботинки сырые.
