The room and the breakfast.
The Air conditioner wasn't working.Tge weather was warm during day.We made a complain and the Engineers came and said as the hotel was full there was problem with it and asked us to keep the windows open.Later we happen to go down on 2nd floor and found many unoccupied rooms.It was a bad experience

The location for those who enjoy the view is perfect. Big, spacious rooms, though they start to look worn out
It’s the 3 time we are coming to this hotel and always loved it before. Unfortunately until this year. Due to health issues I can’t sleep without ac in the room and specifically was looking for the hotel with ac. To make the long story short it was not working and I was offered a fan instead , covered with dust. Yes, in a 5 star hotel. What was upsetting the most that for the first few days the management tried to convince me it was working. Then that it’s not good for your health to sleep with the ac and it’s cool enough outside, only after they tried to change my room they had to admit it was not working in general. 1000 times I was told that it’s cool and nobody else complained about it, to the point it was annoying. 2 nights someone was smoking outside in the other room and all the smoke went inside, so opening a window was also not an option. Cherry on the cake of this disappointment experience where I literally Cld not sleep for a week was a bucket on the floor in the treatment room with water leaking from the ceiling and mildew growing inside. Once the hotel was nice now the carpets look filthy, the walls have stains and ac experience made me not wanting ever to come back.

Худший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался. Всё старое, грязное и с неприятным запахом. Изношенная мебель, грязный и вонючий ковролин, в номере не было даже полотенец для лица. Спа и бассейн в ужасном состоянии: отклеившееся резиновое покрытие вместо плитки, а натяжной потолок над бассейном вздулся огромными пузырями и выглядел так, будто вот-вот рухнет на людей. Заселение должно было быть в 14:00, но нас заселили только в 15:00, так как номер не был убран. Уборка номеров продолжается до 16:00, что просто недопустимо. Полное разочарование, никому не рекомендую.
