Отличный отель, желаю держать планку и все будет замечательно!
Pros:

Спа зона, завтрак, сам номер, парковка - все в целом понравилось.

Cons:

Хамам в спа зоне для женщин с запахом мочи по словам моей супруги и дочери, в мужском хамаме температура и влажность были не те, что должны быть.

Цена очень дорого,завтрак ужасный в соотвествии к цене отелья....и еще в букенге не вписали что для проживания питомца требуется оплата причем 20.000 драмов,ни в какой гостинице Армении такой цены нету для питомцев...

Pros:

Rooms were clean and beautifully renovated, staff was extremely helpful and polite, liked the place, will return again for sure.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they did not account for the cold weather and when it was freezing called at night, the heating was not yet available, so that created a big discomfort. If not that issue, I would give 8.5-9/10 to this hotel.

The hotel does not have a generator. Last night, the electricity went out across the city, and as a result, the entire hotel was left without water. We were forced to go to bed with our hair still wet and covered in shampoo foam. In the morning, the water was cold as well.

Unfortunately, the reception staff and the administrator clearly lack basic knowledge of proper hospitality and customer service. They speak to guests in an annoyed, disrespectful and dismissive manner.

When I complained about the lack of water and explained the situation to the administrator, instead of receiving an apology or any attempt to make up for the inconvenience, I received a very tactless and disrespectful response along the lines of: “There are problems now.”

Problems can happen, of course. But when you pay 74,000 AMD for one night, you expect a corresponding level of service and, at the very least, basic respect.

In the end, you pay 74,000 AMD for one day and receive a level of service more appropriate for a basic cottage at Lake Sevan. And the most disappointing part is that instead of apologizing or doing something to make the inconvenience easier for the guest, the staff respond with attitude and disrespect.

For a hotel of this level, this is simply unacceptable service.

В отеле нет генератора. Ночью отключилось электричество во всём городе, и в результате весь отель остался без воды. Нам пришлось лечь спать с мокрыми, покрытыми пеной волосами. Утром вода была ещё и холодной.

Сотрудники ресепшена и администратор, к сожалению, совершенно не ориентированы на качественное обслуживание. С гостями разговаривают недовольно, высокомерно и неуважительно.

Когда я выразила недовольство ситуацией и сообщила администратору о проблеме с водой, вместо извинений или попытки как-то сгладить ситуацию получила очень бестактный и неуважительный ответ: мол, «сейчас возникли проблемы».

Проблемы действительно могут возникнуть.

Cons:

What I disliked the most was loud music playing in the lobby until 10.30p.m. The rooms in the first floor had to listen to it without exception. The breakfast buffet was very poor quality and taste. I expected more, but still liked the swimming pool very much.

Уютный отель, спа, бассейн, территория. С детьми особенно классно отдыхать. Мягкая, чистая постель. В номере есть все для удобства.

Cons:

Сложно вызвать такси. Если есть своя машина, то никаких проблем)
