Украли детские тапочки прямо из номера
Cons:

Пропали детские шлепанцы прямо из номера. Персонал абсолютно спокойно сообщил, что их не нашли…
Некачественный косметический ремонт в старом обветшалом здании и откалывающаяся плитка снаружи.
На завтраке очереди, мест не хватает, большинство постояльцев вынуждены завтракать в лобби.
В номере категории «Полулюкс» был диван почти без матраса, жесткий и неудобный. Кнопка смыва в туалете сломана. На стенах видны следы крепления от прошлого ремонта. Игровая комната очень маленькая и душная. На 4 приставки всего один джойстик и тот платный. Вообщем, одно разочарование, не советуем.

Pros:

Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel und wusste schon, was mich erwarten. Schönes Gebaude, nettes Personal, schönes SPA.

Cons:

Mir fehlte Haarspüllung und Körpercreme. In der Spa fehlt mir Kühlbecken oder Eimer mit dem kalten Wasser. Am sonnsten alles schön.

Pros:

Парковка просторная и всегда есть места. Спа зона отличная, самое то после лыж: и попариться, и поплавать. Отдельно стоит отметить, что не сильно пахнет хлоркой и очень чисто. Номер тихий, кровать удобная. Есть аренда горнолыжного оборудования прямо у отеля и там можно оставлять своё оборудование на хранение, что удобно. Есть свой выход на трассу (но есть нюанс, о нём расскажу в минусах)

Cons:

Завтрак однообразный - за несколько дней успевает надоесть. Заказать в номер еду было очень сложно, так как не подходили к телефону. В номере негде сушить вещи, а для тех кто катается на лыжах это важно. В ванной все держится на честном слове. Wifi в номере можно сказать отсутствует. В главном холле холодно. Хотя есть камин, его топят только когда много гостей, а если гостей маловато, то и огня не будет. Есть выход прям на горную трассу из отеля, но трасса в одном месте чёрная и не все по ней могут съехать
