Exciting Activities: Experience paragliding, snow biking, and frozen waterfall excursions in Sainte Foy. During winter, hop on the public shuttle bus for convenience. Secure underground parking is available for a fee.

Important information:

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great value and quality hotel, a little tough to get back and forth into central resort due to hill
Pros:

A great apartment hotel, and lovely resort!

And what a price - very good value

Cons:

Sadly the advertised bar and steamroom were not working/open all week.

The walk is only 5-10 minutes to central resort, however they're up quite a steep hill which was tiring for our kids. This would be especially tricky with snow/ice. There is a bus at 845 each day, but we still had to walk at other times which was testing when carrying all the kids kit, and did tire their legs.

A wonderful holiday with family in a beautiful location with very comfortable accommodation
Pros:

The apartments were spacious , clean and well stocked . The parking was so convenient. The receptionist Emillie was delightful , she was so cheerful , helpful and so professional .

Slightly dissapointing.
Cons:

No wifi, not a great room but nice views. Not great beds, not great pillows (definitely take your own). Staff were as helpful as they could be. Spa was pretty average. We went peak season so very expensive for what it was. Nice to have underground parking (at an extra cost).

Pros:

Great size apartment and a perfect base for skiing sainte foy and also visiting other resorts. The spa was an incredible treat at the end of each day - clean and welcoming, and smelled great! Bakery delivery for each morning was also super helpful to save walking across to the nearest one in the resort .
The staff were really friendly and non-intrusive - it felt like our own home for the week but with just that extra help when needed.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer!

Très bien situé et belles prestations de résidence. La literie à revoir.
Pros:

L’emplacement au pied des pistes et au fond du hameau magnifique. Le sauna, hammam et piscine accessibles de 10h à 20h et très propres.
L’appartement très bien équipé, notre demande de vue sur la vallée a été très bien respectée ! On a même eu droit à 2 salles de bain !

Cons:

La qualité de la literie (matelas très durs et oreillers de mauvaise qualité) est à améliorer, surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Cela peut vraiment rendre le séjour pénible… le fait que la réception soit fermée le mercredi est aussi dommage, même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Vacances familiales de Noël très réussies.
Pros:

Facilité de commander les petits pains du matin, mais ouvertures de la réception restreinte. fermeture le mercredi donc pas de commande de pain le jeudi. Les appartements sont confortables. Notre demande de coupler la location de tous appartements a été rencontrée. Piscine un peu froide, mais sauna et hamman chauds. Des chariots à disposition pour monter les bagages.

Cons:

Pas d'accès au Wifi et Internet moins que performant. malgré plusieurs demandes répétées. Réception fermée le mercredi et plusieurs heures par jour . Le pain doit être commandé avant 18h. Il ne nous semble pas avoir reçu cette information. Accès à la piscine par un autre bâtiments quand la réception est fermée n'était pas très bien indiquée (ascenseur ; pourquoi ne pas ajouter piscine à accès au bâtiment B ?". Parking payant.
