Pros:

Good location, seemed to be at least one parking spot available. Room was adequate for my needs. Please remember it's a shared bathroom so be prepared to get dressed or at least bring shorts to visit during the night.

Cons:

Neighbouring rooms are close so you can hear the TV, kids etc. Not loud but you need to keep your TV volume higher to cancel out neighbours.

Fantastic stay for every budget
Pros:

Usually we don’t leave reviews but this accommodation truly deserves one. We stayed at this place twice and have had great experiences. The property was beautiful, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was clean and maintained throughout the day. Andrew was also very helpful and easy to contact. It’s in a fantastic location as it’s walking distance to one of the best parks, the city centre, football stadium and more. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place in Preston.

Pros:

Very central. Everything nearby. Good Communication. Lovely towels and pillows. Comfy bed. 3 door keys, all colour coded..made it easier! And felt very safe even tho so many doors to unlock. Shared shower/ toilet/sink was kept very clean. Shared with 2 other rooms.

Cons:

Key safe quite low but you only use it twice so that was ok. Keys for front door, one into area with 3 bedrooms, then last one to own bedroom. Room 3B. I got used to that tho. I'd to cross my legs once as toilet was occupied 😆
