المياه في دورات المياه فيها رائحة وطعم غير جيد عند الوضوء والاستحمام،، كذلك لم يتم توفير فرش اسنان ومعجون كالفنادق ال 5 نجوم،، والثلاجة لا تبرد جيدا كما انه يوجد خلل في الدش في البانيو لا يعمل
من افضل الفنادق في اسطنبول وغير ان الطاقم متعاونين

The staff are very kind and caring, the female staff named Yaren was more than lovely she added breakfast to our booking and chose a lovely room for our stay (I gave the hotel 10/10 because of her-Yaren), in general we liked our stay since the room was nice, the staff are kind, and the breakfast is fresh and have a variety options.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Mr. Samet. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay, always making sure everything was perfect.
Thanks to his support and positive attitude, I truly felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Staff members like him make a real difference and represent the hotel in the best possible way.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you again, Samet Bey!
