Great location, close to Ayala malls and many restaurants. The wifi is fast and the TV is equipped with apple TV.
During warmer times, I m glad there is an aircon.
There is a laundry salon downstairs.
The toilet has a bidet. Shampoo and soap are also provided.
There are many bugs in the room. I sprayed the room with insect repellent but was not enough. They kept coming back. I suspected that many were hiding on the floor under the bed.
The equipment in the kitchen is dirty and not maintained. The boiler was dirty and a coffee mug had something inside that got spoiled. The bed sheet was also dirty there was a trace of dried liquid on it.
Convenience, close to central bloc, but next time will choose a newer building.
If u have seen the "house of cards", i present u "house of bugs". Ok.. its an old building, many condos have this problem, but knowing this.. u should be spraying every day for bugz. Owner acted surprised when i told him about already killing 5-6. I only stayed for one night.. but they were everywhere, floor, walls, table and so on. Nothing to be ashamed of, it is what it is, just do a better job in spraying for them.

Needs a general freshening up, better AC, and the wifi is moderate, not fast
There were so many cockroaches from small to big. The condo in general is not of good quality. There was power interruption during the second night of my stay. Was very tired coming from an event. Only to come home to a unit with only one dark light and one outlet working. No ac, no light in the cr, etc. Sent my feedback to the host, but was given a cery cold answer. No sorry or anything. Lol. Service could definitely be improved

Accesible to everything. Walking distance to Ayala Mall and the Walk.
Elevator is always crowded. The other elevators were not working. The host was nice but we were asked to pay additional for an extra person when the booking says the room is good for 2-3 pax. Sofa bed was already available when we booked (featured in the picture). Nevertheless, the stay was good. I wished the host was more polite. ☺️
