Het voelde aan als thuiskomen!
Pros:

Een geweldig gezellige plek om van daaruit de jungle te verkennen! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de sfeer in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte zit helemaal goed.

The best place in Bukit Lawang!
Pros:

What a very special place this is! 😁 From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The staff and owners are so friendly and easy going. The food is also excellent. The bungalows are fantastic, lying in a hammock watching the wonderful wildlife. Perfect place to stay! We will be back ❤️

We didn't want to leave! The accommodation is spotlessly clean. The food is delicious and all the staff are warm and friendly. A very relaxed environment where you instantly feel calm and happy 😊

The location and the people are beautiful. I wish I could have stayed there.
Pros:

The staff are so kind and friendly. The location is absolutely stunning. The food was excellent and the seating in the restaurant was very comfortable.
I had booked the “budget room” but it turned out to not be suitable so Wuan Wan (I don’t know the spelling, sorry!) moved me to Nerly’s next door.

Cons:

This is NOT a criticism - just a “be aware” to other travellers. This isn’t really clear enough on the app, though the property did contact me when I booked to ask if I knew what I was booking (clearly I didn’t but this seemed to get lost in translation).

The budget room is in the corner of the car park and the view is of a mound of cement. Nothing more. The shared bathroom is the one that is shared by the diners so you would have to walk through the restaurant in your pyjamas to use it in the middle of the night. They create a wonderful atmosphere there and there are people playing guitars, games and singing until late.

Sejour splendide
Pros:

Nous avons adoré le lieux, l'ambiance, la piscine, les repas,, les boissons... les employés sont vraiment aux petits soins et toujours présent pour toute demande. Nous avions loué 1 bungalow et 1 cabane. Un séjour de plusieurs nuits vraiment magnifique, au milieu d’une nature luxuriante.

Cons:

Ce que je regrette un peu: la cabane que nous avions était très sombre et sans vue car complètement sous les arbres. Le matelas du bungalow mériterait peut-être d’être changé car il s'affaisse par endroit.

The venue is very beautiful, and I believe this is its greatest strength. We wanted to stay longer... but it was overbooked. Anyway, we missed the warm water, but it's okay.
