Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Decent room sizes and well air conditioned.

Cons:

We had booked 5 rooms and basics were not in place when we reached, starting from towels, blankets , toilet paper to start with. Next morning, there was zero water in the tanks, our trip got delayed by over 3 hours due to this , we then were asked to use the bathrooms at another set of rooms on the other side of the property to use the loo and shower. place has run down and they dont have enough staff to manage it all. Overall a very bad experience !! They even charged us for 4 breakfasts inspite of the package being including breakfast, just cos we asked for Khichdi and not Poha that they were serving. One of us fell sick and had to call in a Doctor in the middle of the night and no washroom available to use all morning they had no courtesy to extend any discount or offer anything complimentary. Very bad service too. I dont recommend this place at all.

Bel endroit pour une pause au calme

la situation de l'établissement, à proximité des sites ( mosquée, palais)
le cadre : de jolies maisonnettes colorées dans une cour
l'accueil du personnel, sympathique et serviable

Pros:

The staff were cooperative.

Cons:

The facilities are somewhat poor and need improvement. Although we reached the property by 9.30 pm, dinner could not be served as per our choice. The room wall paint are peeling and bathroom is a bit congested and just ok. All in all the facilities are not upto the room rent. Room size, bathroom size need to be bigger and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

Pros:

It was not upto the mark, staff shortage, bath cleanliness not upto the mark,we had to call again and again for one or the other thing.
There were no chairs in the room.
Television was not in working position.
Wifi was coming and going.
Overall the place was not appropriate for it's value on Booking.com.

Pros:

Stranissima struttura a mini casette colorate in stili europei misti. Ampio cortile, terrazzo e zona bar dove rilassarsi. Tutto molto colorato e gioioso. Gestore molto gentile.

Cons:

La pulizia delle lenzuola e delle federe lasciava un po' a desiderare. Il letto non era dei più comodi

Pros:

Abhishek Mishra, restaurant staff is well behaved, caring and very good, assets to the hotel.

Cons:

Due to low booking of rooms, maintenance is not good, rooms were smelled, not cleaned, very small size of rooms.

Nice location, facade and staff but not very clean
Pros:

Facade of the hotel was very pretty, the staff were nice and enjoyed all of the temples dotted around mandu.

We asked for a change of room when we arrived due to some mould and the staff were happy for us to move.

Fairly good resort.
Pros:

The staff was, the manager in particular, very good and cooperative. The room with 3 bads was fairly big but had a bit of dampness. Otherwise it was good accommodation.

Cons:

The room had dampness and was a bit stinky.

Pros:

Spacious facility with Innovative appearance. Had a feel of the countryside of the Nederlands

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small as compared to the spacious exteriors. Bathroom is especially crammed. The resort only offers a coffee shop and not a full fledged restaurant.
