Great gem of a hotel right near Monkey Forest
Pros:

Very friendly staff big clean villa. Room service and restaurant prices very reasonable. Great location just by the monkey forest

Cons:

Lots of stairs not good if you have mobility issues. Toilet seat needed fixing and aircon in seating area not very cold. Not the hotels fault but pool in villa very cold so wasn't able to swim.

Very relaxing and romantic from start to finish.
Pros:

Not only was the location good, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. They greeted us with open arms and met all my accommodations and requests for a beautiful trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay Autwan, you had the room decorated beautifully. My husband was very surprised. Thank you Ayu, Darma and Kris at the reception desk for a smooth check out.

Pros:

Located walking distance to monkey forest. Staff where helpful. Our pool villa was large and clean with good air-conditioning.

Cons:

Restaurant is small for size of resort, we where turned away for our inclusive buffet breakfast as there wasn't a table available and told to come back in an hour which didn't suite as we had a tour booked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Dewa, who kindly helped us with luggage and provided great local advice.
The hotel was clean and conveniently located, just a short walk from Ubud Monkey Forest.

However, we were not satisfied with the bathroom drainage – the water didn’t drain properly, causing flooding and an unpleasant smell after every shower, which made us uncomfortable.
Hopefully, the hotel can fix this issue soon.

✨ My rating: 8.5/10 – Great staff and service, but the bathroom needs improvement
