Pros:

Centrally located, easy to reach BKC by Uber/tuktuk. Basic amenities and toiletries provided. Conventient for a short term stay. Not too far from the airport.

Cons:

Price way too high for what was offered. Located at a busy main road, lots of roadwork.
Stayed for 11 hours (5 am to 4 pm) and paid for 2 nights - no room for a discount/flexibility.

If they improve on above things, location is good.

Location was good for BKC work visit. Room was clean.

Cons:

Noisy if you stay on 1st floor where there’s reception. Staff talks loudly all the time & watches reels on full volume. And once a “new” staff member opened the room which is absolutely unacceptable. I had to ask twice for toiletries to be kept in the washroom. They kept on 2nd day then. For the money they charge, service is not that great.

Pros:

The only good thing is the location and it seems lots of people coming for the US embassy use it. I would not stay again normally but it is one of the cheapest in the area with reasonable facility. The building is quire nondescript. Rooms are basic and the breakfast was 'Batata poha' with Paratha one day and Idli Sambhar on the next day, nothing to go home and talk about it. The person at the desk and the room service personnels are very good and helpful. We needed to change the room because of the proximity to the reception and hence was noisy in the morning and they obliged immediately.
