The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was also ideal, very centralized and close to many shops.
Unfortunately, there appears to be a restaurant located below the first-floor apartment. On the night of the stay, the noise level was quite high and made it difficult to sleep early before our flight the next morning.
La situación muy cerca de la zona en la que yo estaba interesado. Limpio, con lo que necesitas y todo muy organizado. Clave la información en el Whatssup. Servicios adicionales como el locker aunque estaba en la calle de atrás.
Me da cosa, no decir quien puede haber al lado, sin que alguien como un conserje lo sepa.

Location is very convenient for me to visit the Picasso Tower for a business meeting with client.
À 10 min à pied de la station Cuatro Caminos (2 lignes de métro qui vont dans le centre-ville). Près de la station, un supermarché ouvert tous les jours (même les jours fériés). À 15 min à pied de la station Nuevos Ministerios : gare + métro (Ligne 8 : liaison direct avec l'aéroport).
Logement correct pour quelques jours. Par contre, le micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas. Le bouton de la porte du micro-onde était cassée.
On a un peu galéré avec l'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement (plusieurs codes à suivre).
Contact avec le gérant assez facile, répond vite.
La rue était très bruyante, les boules quies ne suffisaient pas.
Dans le descriptif il était indiqué qu'il y avait un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, or il n'y en avait pas.
Le premier jour, on a laissé notre valise dans un locker appartenant à l'établissement (à environ 100m du logement) mais quand on est arrivée c'était fermé. Contact avec le gérant pour entrer dans le locker (fonctionne avec un code obtenu après paiement auprès du gérant), pas évident surtout quand on ne connaît pas.

Aunque había dos tipos de almohadas, ninguna de las dos nos resultaron cómodas ni a mi marido ni a mi, porque las dos eran altas.
La habitación daba a un patio interior, así que estaba muy aislado del ruido de la calle. Además la zona tenía muchos servicios alrededor.
Quizás las zonas comunes, que prefiero más intimidad
Es una habitación bastante amplia, muy limpia, la cama firme y cómoda, el baño impecable y el aire acondicionado regulable, así que de 10.
Cabe destacar la variedad de almohadas, la iluminación cálida tanto de la habitación como del baño y lo amplio que es el mueble del lavabo, ideal para colocar tu neceser y demás.
También hay cocina compartida, (que por cierto tiene literalmente de todo) así que pudimos calentarnos la cena que compramos de camino al alojamiento.

El acceso es simple y la ubicación es bastante buena.
Las almohadas son muy incómodas, el aire acondicionado se apaga de manera temporizada sin programarlo, el apartamento es muy ruidoso, aún estoy esperando la factura
The location is decent if you don't want to be in the city center where most turist are, bed was confortable and the black outs were great for a dark room, perfect if you need a deep sleep.
The room is part of a bigger appartment, where there's a common are in the middle where all rooms share the space, can be quite loud and not very private.
