Fast lane (VIP) ski passes are available for purchase at the property only to the guests of the hotel. 15% discount for hotel services included in some of the rates applies to our Gourmet set menu dinners, a la carte dinners, drinks, ski and snowboard rent, ski and snowboard lessons, airport transfers and underground garage, but not to the fast lane ski passes. Ski and snowboard lessons and airport transfers (from and to Sofia, Plovdiv and Thessaloniki airports) are subject to availability and need to be booked and confirmed in advance. During winter period all prices include also transportation to and from the Bansko station of gondola from 7:30 till 17:30. For your own comfort, please inform us before your arrival if you have any special dietary requirements and/or food allergies and/or allergies regarding the accommodations (e.g. allergy to feathers, allergy to perfumes). For a better comfort of our guests, hotel Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family is keeping quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00. Failure to respect this and subsequently causing discomfort to other guests during the night might result in a cancellation of your reservation, in which case the prepaid amount will not be refunded. Please note that an early check-in and/or a late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel in advance, as they are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and inside areas of the hotel.
