Comfortable stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city
Pros:

Excellent location. The room was spacious enough and comfortable for two persons. The hotel staff including the staff at the reception were really helpful and attended to my queries in a timely manner. The stay was pleasant and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future, given a choice.

Cons:

The room was seemingly prepared in rush on day 1 and housekeeping could have been better. However, day 2 was okay and the housekeeping was done better.

Pleasant Stay if you are in Transit via BOM
Pros:

Close to the Airport terminals
Spacious rooms and entertainment system with large TV with online platform apps and JBL sound system
Large windows for better view
Well decorated stairs, hallways
Decent breakfast
Daily room service and pleasnt staff. Recommend Arman for his assistance all time
and reasonable dine in options too

Cons:

Probably a swiming pool would be good. 😬

Der Airport Shuttle Service war sehr zuverlässig und hat super geklappt. Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir haben aber auch nur eine Nacht für ein Layover dort verbracht.

Excellent customer service but hotel is slightly away from the prime, popular mumbai localities
Pros:

Restaurant food and service was superb. I ordered a Chicken biryani - it was absolutely delicious and well portioned

The hotel provided free airport collection. Very helpfull

Cons:

Just 1 small operating elevator. During peak times you will often not be able to get into the lift when it lands on your floor as it is already filled
