Pros:

Location, space and proximity to the international airport.

Screen and projector was a good touch.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Stuff left outside the room, it makes it very uninviting. It looks like a back area of a banquet hall.

The curtain hooks are off in certain places.

The flooring has got what looks like blood stains by the bed and sofa.

Too many chandelier style lights.

Window ledges have started to flake and rather than removing the debris and sanding it down, it has been repainted over.

The kettle didn't have a plug socket close to it, couldn't make have any refreshments as we could not move it anywhere.

Would be ok if you are paying 1500-3000 rupees however for what we paid it was a rip off.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful! Proximity to the airport is a big plus.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was quite average; I think they do Indian food decently and the rest is not too great. My room amenities were not the same as what was provided in the other rooms (even though I had booked a higher category room). They seemed to bring the basic bathroom amenities on my last day but it was too late by then. The room floor was always very wet when I entered and was happening apparently due to condensation but this wasn't the case in other rooms.

Pros:

Closed to airport with transportation included.
Room is big and clean

Cons:

Staff waiting and making sure good rating was being given in from of the hotel room and took the phone to do so. Felt quite harassing.
Not all the room are the same as in the picture. Hotel is quite old. It is definitely not a 4 stars at all.

The ultimate value for money accommodation and very pleasant staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, special mention of Raju, Uday, Amit and Pramarkumar. Very responsive and attention to detail. Breakfast and dinners, although not a large variety, was very good and value for money.

Not quite 4 star, more 3.
Pros:

Close to the airport and transfers were on time

Cons:

The rooms weren’t ready on time and didn’t have all the amenities for 2 guests in each room. This meant having to ask the staff who would then hover around wanting a tip for something that should have been already been provided.

Also only provided one room key so if someone is unwell in the room, the other person cannot gain access due to the key being in the room to operate the lights and air conditioning.
