Staff was helpful and cooperative. Good hospitality. Food in their restaurant was excellent
Unfortunately we had some issues with water pressure for shower and lack of hot water.. however, it could be a problem that day. Hotel staff was quick to arrange an alternative for this.
The location and the interior is very nice, even though it’s a compact property.

The Art Hotel というだけあって、入り口から各フロアの隅々まで、インドっぽさを感じさせるセンスの良い置物や絵画が配置され、非常に楽しめました。部屋もおしゃれなランプがベッドサイドにあったり、窓からの広々した眺めも良好。こじんまりした雰囲気ながらも、スタッフ皆がフレンドリーでとても快適な滞在ができました。朝食もインド料理各種や洋風のものまでバラエティに富んでおり、非常においしかったです。メトロChakala駅まで徒歩3分くらい。便利な立地で、帰りは無料で空港までスムーズに送り届けてもらいました。機会があれば、ぜひまた滞在したいです。

Appp shown it as 4 star hotel.its 3 or less only.if AC switched off or kept 23 or above,the whole floor get wet due to swetting.( Poor HVAC design or no fresh air supply issue)

Facility cleaning
Location, space and proximity to the international airport.
Screen and projector was a good touch.
Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Stuff left outside the room, it makes it very uninviting. It looks like a back area of a banquet hall.
The curtain hooks are off in certain places.
The flooring has got what looks like blood stains by the bed and sofa.
Too many chandelier style lights.
Window ledges have started to flake and rather than removing the debris and sanding it down, it has been repainted over.
The kettle didn't have a plug socket close to it, couldn't make have any refreshments as we could not move it anywhere.
Would be ok if you are paying 1500-3000 rupees however for what we paid it was a rip off.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful! Proximity to the airport is a big plus.
The food in the restaurant was quite average; I think they do Indian food decently and the rest is not too great. My room amenities were not the same as what was provided in the other rooms (even though I had booked a higher category room). They seemed to bring the basic bathroom amenities on my last day but it was too late by then. The room floor was always very wet when I entered and was happening apparently due to condensation but this wasn't the case in other rooms.
It was good from price perspective as we stayed one night. The breakfast was amazing

Room is big and clean
Staff waiting and making sure good rating was being given in from of the hotel room and took the phone to do so. Felt quite harassing.
Not all the room are the same as in the picture. Hotel is quite old. It is definitely not a 4 stars at all.
Very friendly staff, special mention of Raju, Uday, Amit and Pramarkumar. Very responsive and attention to detail. Breakfast and dinners, although not a large variety, was very good and value for money.
