A pathetic hotel and a horrible experience. I was counting hours to get out of this dump.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is a complete rip-off.

Cons:

1. Breakfast was inclusive in the room price but the reception staff first pretended that it wasn't. On showing the Booking.com confirmation, they reluctantly agreed to provide the free breakfast. However, to my utter shock I was told that no breakfast options mentioned in the menu (e.g. American breakfast, Continental breakfast , Indian breakfast) were available and I was provided just toast butter, omelette and tea for the breakfast , not even milk, cornflakes or jam. Utterly disappointing and a complete rip-off.
2. Very noisy staff and hotel. Staff noise went all day and till late in the night and then started early in the morning next day.
3. No tea kettle in the room and no door mat at the bathroom. I was told that tea kettle was not provided in my type of room, despite the Bookin.com confirmation clearly saying so.
4. The in-house taxi for the airport drop off is also a scam. Very filthy and smelly taxi and the driver was constantly spitting tobacco from the front window. An utterly horrible experience.

Cons:

There was nothing to like. Hotel is in a miserable state. Rooms are mouldy. Bedsheets have never been clean. Toilets are dirty. Beds are possible full of bed bugs.
