Werd nicht mehr hinfahren weil : es mir einfach zu weit ist ! Fahr lieber wieder Istrien ! Gastro rundherum nur auf Ums

Die Lage war traumhaft !

Cons:

Sehr unpersönlich - typisch für solche Hotels ! Personal schaut oft wegen und grüßt selten bis nie !! Außer die Süd ost asiatischen Mitarbeiter und einzelne hiesige - ansonsten sehr kühles Klima im extrem heißen Kroatien.

Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično! Hotel je čist, uredan i ugodan, osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznovrsna, a sadržaj hotela odličan i pruža sve što je potrebno za ugodan i opušten boravak. Sve pohvale i iskrena preporuka!

Lijep odmor uz nekoliko nedostataka
Pros:

Pozitivno:

Sobe su bile dobre, a pogled na more prekrasan.
Općenito nije bilo puno gužve ni u hotelu, ni na plaži, ni oko bazena, što je veliki plus.
Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno. Bazen je dovoljno velik i lijep, a voda nije bila hladna.
Plaža je u redu, ali ulaz u more mogao bi biti malo ljepši jer ima dosta velikog kamenja pa se lako možeš ozlijediti. Također, more vrlo brzo postaje duboko. Ipak, svidjelo mi se što nije bilo previše ljudi. U Makarskoj, koja je udaljena oko 20 minuta, ljudi doslovno leže jedni na drugima, tako da je ovo veliki plus.
Klima u sobi radila je odlično.
Hrana je bila dobra i nemam nikakvih zamjerki. Bilo je čak dovoljno izbora i za osobe koje ne jedu svinjetinu, što u nekim hotelima nije slučaj.
More je kristalno čisto, što u Makarskoj često nije slučaj, pa je i to veliki plus.
Na plaži se stvarno može uživati jer nema prevelike gužve kao u Makarskoj.
Sve u svemu, bilo je to vrlo dobro iskustvo.

Negativno:

Malo je neobično što između kupaonice, WC-a i tuša nema klasičnih vrata. Kada si s partnerom, to još nekako funkcionira, ali kada želiš otići na WC, zna biti pomalo neugodno jer se sve čuje. Ideja je možda bila zanimljiva, ali u praksi nije baš najbolje rješenje.
Također, kupaonica je praktički dio same sobe, odnosno dnevnog prostora. To još nekako može proći, ali nije idealno.
Parking se dodatno naplaćuje, što s obzirom na relativno visoku cijenu hotela ne bi trebalo biti slučaj. Također, nije ga lako pronaći jer je prostor uzak i često popunjen, ali uz pomoć osoblja ipak se uspije pronaći mjesto.
Zgrada djeluje pomalo staro, ali ništa pretjerano.
Ulaz u našu sobu bio je dosta uzak jer je odmah na početku bio postavljen veliki ormar.
Soba je bila lijepa, ali se na nekim detaljima vidi da je hotel stariji. Primjerice, vrata od terase imaju prilično neobičan mehanizam otvaranja i zatvaranja pa ih je teško koristiti, a važno je da se mogu dobro zatvoriti kako bi klima ispravno radila.
Doručak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji. Za razliku od večere, koja se mijenjala, doručak je bio gotovo isti svaki dan. Ipak, sve je bilo ukusno.
Kod večere mi se ne sviđa što se piće dodatno naplaćuje. Kada već imaš polupansion, očekivao bih da je barem jedno piće uključeno u cijenu.
S obzirom na to da su cijene hotela i apartmana općenito vrlo visoke, smatram da bi barem jedno piće uz večeru trebalo biti uključeno.
Klima u restoranu tijekom večere mogla bi raditi malo bolje jer zna biti poprilično toplo.
Suncobrani uz bazen premali su pa stalno moraš pomicati ležaljku kako bi ostao u hladu. Ipak, bazen i ležaljke su odlični.
Ležaljke na plaži dodatno se naplaćuju jer plaža nije privatna. To je minus, iako meni osobno nije predstavljalo veliki problem jer većinom boravim uz bazen, a u more idem samo na kupanje. Vjerujem da bi nekim gostima to ipak bio značajan nedostatak.
Piće u baru uz bazen prilično je skupo.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. They upgraded our room to the most expensive one with private pool without additional cost. The beach in front of the hotel was quite pleasant, and the hotel is next to the beach. Everything is guest-oriented.

Adults only gem in Croatia
Pros:

Hotel is in amazing location, small sleepy town with own harbour, few shops and restaurants. There is amazing offer of activities how to spend time by the sea, one of few swimming pools in the shade of the pines. Pebble beach is technically private, not overloaded with extra price for beds and umbrealls.
Food was great both for breakfast and dinner - nice variety and quality with perfect service, often sitting on the balcony with the sea view.
Rooms cleaned every day, following the "towel on the floor" rule, nice views and AC when needed. Very comfy bed.
Car parking for 7 EUR a day.. but having dedicated place

Cons:

Maybe.. if I need to find someting it will be the quality of massages.. staff was nice and friendly, but massage was "just" very light despite we asked for more tough one.

Celkově byl pobyt v hotelu průměrný. Hotel sice není vyloženě špatný, ale vzhledem k ceně jsme čekali mnohem více.

V koupelně, konkrétně u vany, úplně chybělo místo, kam si odložit kosmetiku nebo vlastní věci. Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel mě také překvapilo, že na pokoji nebyly ani základní hotelové miniatury, jako je tělové mléko, kondicionér nebo balzám.

Velkým zklamáním bylo parkování. Hotel si účtuje 7€ za den, ale parkovacích míst je nedostatek. Často jsme několik hodin čekali, než se místo uvolní, nebo jsme žádné nenašli. Za takovou cenu bych očekávala, že bude parkování pro hotelové hosty zdarma, nebo alespoň že bude zajištěné místo. V současném stavu cena rozhodně neodpovídá kvalitě služby.

Další nevýhodou byla otevírací doba wellness a bazénu. Spa se zavíralo už v 19:00 a bazén kolem 20:00. Na dovolenou člověk přijede hlavně odpočívat, a právě večer by chtěl wellness nebo bazén využít. Je škoda, že jsou hosté v možnosti relaxace takto omezeni.

Také mě překvapila výše městské turistické taxy, která mi přišla zbytečně vysoká.

Celkově mám pocit, že poměr cena/výkon neodpovídá tomu, co hotel nabízí. Za cenu, kterou jsme zaplatili, bych očekávala lepší služby i větší komfort.

Un séjour mitigé : personnel exceptionnel, lieu magnifique mais accueil et chambre très décevants.
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant, des chambres et du spa a été exceptionnellement gentil, disponible et attentionné. La qualité des repas était également un vrai point fort, avec une restauration excellente. Le cadre général de l’hôtel et la qualité des services proposés sont appréciables.

Cons:

L’accueil à la réception a été très décevant. La chambre 602 sentait fortement la cigarette à notre arrivée et aucune véritable solution n’a été proposée malgré notre signalement. Un responsable devait revenir vers nous le lendemain pour un éventuel changement de chambre, mais nous n’avons jamais eu de retour. De plus, la vue depuis le balcon donnant sur un mur et un bout de parking rendait la chambre très sombre et peu agréable. Ce manque de suivi est particulièrement décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Pros:

The staff are fantastic. We just had breakfast, which is superb, because the town is a couple of mins walk away with a host of great restaurants. The hotel is spotless, apart from the corridor carpets that have seen better days. The pool bar and restaurant are also excellent, situated right on a pebble beach with clear blue water, dreamy.

Cons:

The corridor carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. That's the only thing that let's down this excellent hotel.
