Cons:

The pilliows, there wasn’t black out and the room was too bright, the bed king was two twin beds attached and they came apart every night and my partner and I ended up separated one in each bed.

Will stay there again!
Pros:

Location was ideal - close to train station, easy to get to places. Walking distance from shopping area too. Most importantly the staff was the best at the hotel. Very helpful, friendly. I had pulled a back muscle when I landed at hotel and after a few hours when I went back to front desk for something else, they had pulled up google search to show me stuff I could buy to get relief. Did not expect this at all!

Good times! Great memories!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the attention to detail by staff was amazing. We would definitely stay at this location again. Great for our family of 4! Central location...easy access to train station and walking around gion district. Thank you for a memorable experience Kyoto!
