Très bon séjour
Pros:

Pros:

Vicinanza alla Stazione Ferroviaria

Cons:

Soggiorno da dimenticare.
All'arrivo non esiste personale, tutto tramite messaggistica, sono stato una settimana in una stanza pagata oltre mille euro per non avere neppure un cambio asciugamani in una settimana e per fortuna non 15 giorni! Cioè 7 notti, d'estate, si fa la doccia più volte al giorno, in quanto il cambio è previsto solamente a pagamento. Cioè una settimana con gli stessi teli da bagno. Ho dovuto chiaramente provvedere diversamente. Ho dovuto quindi anche comprare detersivo e pezzetta per lavare i sanitari...dopo qualche giorno non erano proprio al top...ho comprato anche sapone per la doccia e le buste per la spazzatura dato che non c'erano, neppure per la differenziata. Non c'era quindi nemmeno una scopa e paletta almeno per una spazzata dato che in una settimana, dopo il mare, e dopo aver mangiucchiato qualcosa, briciole e sabbia si accumulano. La pulizia è anch'essa prevista a parte come extra. Cioè apoteosi dell'antigienico davvero. Nel bagno inoltre muffa sul soffitto...mi chiedo questa è classificata come Suite Luxury, ma come da messaggino, dicono poi essere "un fitto breve turistico". A saperlo prima avrei optato per altro o mi sarei portato da casa l'occorrente. Nella descrizione della struttura non mi pare aver letto nulla di ciò e alcuna limitazione. Ho alloggiato in situazioni molto più modeste fino ad oggi, ma almeno dotate di Servizi che a mio avviso sono essenziali. No, non ci siamo, sono rimasto deluso, non tornerei davvero di sicuro.

very clean, exactly what we expected, very quiet but also near the center, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom and convenient website with all the information needed

Pros:

Large and spacious apartment inside a beautiful building about a 10 min walk to the old town. Host was very nice and even left us a gift. 2 balconies and modern bathroom.

Cons:

Had to walk up one flight of stairs - no elevator.

Dreadful and not as described
Pros:

Shocking option and amazed you have this on your site. It is neither an apartment or hotel. We wasted five hours on our holiday trying to contact the non existent staff. There was no kitchen. or facilities. We spent much more than our budget as we had to eat and drink everything out in the town. Not even cups or plates or a spoon provided. There were no staff, no reception, and the ""suite" had no kitchen. It did have a coffee machine in the bedroom with 6 disposable espresso size paper cups. No food was available. There was no cutlery, glassware, crockery., bowls and just two toilet rolls for three people for three days.
We were informed after several phone calls and waiting for responses that these things were not available. We were told to check out early and we could leave our suitcases in the hall which had no staff and was open to many doors and apartments.
Eventually we were left 3 cheap glasses, forks and spoons on the doorstep.
Definitely the biggest disappointment of our tour of Italy

Cons:

We sent several emails to Booking.com and received a response to say they would contact us within three days. You did not. We were offered a discount if we were to revisit the property. No chance of that!
Have tried to forget this but as you asked me to comment I have. You have reminded me to take the complaint further. I will be contacting the travel companies.

Pros:

This is a flat on the 2nd floor in an old building but the inside is new. Good equipped big room and bathroom with small teracce. I like the location very much it was just 10 minutes walk to the old city but it was the place where you can still park the car free - actually finding a free place is not easy.

Cons:

The beds are extremely soft if you have waist or spinal problems you shoud better to put the matress to the floor.

Pros:

Everything but not luxury!

Cons:

Everything is AI, no wi-fi, there is nobody during the stay. We wrote that we need wi-fi and the AI (artificial intelligence) is starting to sending you hundreds of spam messages but not what you need.
It is written luxury but it is not. No furniture, only bed and a chair.
The bathroom is big but around the bath cabin is quite dirty.
There is a smell in the stairs, very unpleasant molt smell.

Comfort, cleanliness and bathroom

Cons:

Tiny basic room not reflecting the pictures on booking.com. Certainly not a suite, not a superior room. No trash can except on the balcony, no glass even after asking 3 times, no closet just a small bar to hang your cloth but no drawers, no services at all. It shouldn’t be called Luxury suites.

Beautiful, bright and Airy place in Monopoli
Pros:

The place is really nice, beautiful building and location just far enough from historical centre.
Rooms are clean, bright and comfy with a great shower!

Cons:

The air conditioning was a little noisy but worked well.
