Ежедневная уборка. Постельное белье, полотенца, шампуни-все хорошего качества. Дают пляжные полотенца.

Ni una simple cerveza en el mueble bar tras pagar 378€ por una noche.
L’hotel és preciós, molt ben situat davant de la platja, així que la situació és inmillorable. Està reformat amb molt de gust i molt ben cuidat.
Vam reservar per la nostra nit de noces, vam arribat fora d’hora del checkin, ens van esperar, el personal va ser molt amable i atent i a més ens van deixar un detall a l’habitació.
L’habitació està molt bé, però ens va passar que el gel de dutxa estava buit i com que no hi ha recepció 24h, no vam poder avisar. I tampoc vam poder demanar una manta, ja que el llit només tenia un fi llençol i malgrat apagar l’aire acondicionat, feia fred. Per tant haver de dormir tapant-me amb una tovallola. En resum, l’hotel és preciós, però l’experiència ens va decebre una mica.
En quant el menjar, també ens vam decebre. El servei del sopar i esmorzar és lent. Per exemple malgrat que està tot molt bo, no pots acabar de disfrutar de l’experiència perquè triguen molt a servir-te. En el cas de l’esmorzar que és un menú de 3 plats molt bons per persona, ens va passar que van servir primer 2 plats a la meva parella i a mi fins al cap de 15 minuts no em van portar els 2 meus cosa que t’obliga o a esperar i menjar fred o veure com menja l’altre.
Terrible experience for a so-called 4-star superior hotel. After 1:30 am there is nobody at the reception, which is absolutely unacceptable when you charge €265 per night. If a guest loses the room key at that time, there is literally no way to get back into the room and you're left outside with no help — imagine being stuck in the middle of the night with nowhere to sleep. The situation was even worse when checking out, as there was no one at reception then either, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Throughout our entire stay, the WiFi never worked properly, making it impossible to work or even check basic information online. For the price and the category, this level of service is shocking and far below what anyone would expect. A hotel charging premium rates should at minimum provide 24/7 reception service and functioning basic amenities like WiFi.
