Not upto the standards of the rates that they charge for their room
Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

the rooms were not clean. there was dust everywhere, trash from previous guests in the corners, bathroom was very dirty. especially the hair dryer was so dirty we did not date touch it. we had our room changed as the first room that was allocated had mould in the bathroom and the flush was not working

Pros:

Cockroach in toilet provided a bad feeling of stay psychologically.

It was good...other than my review above
Pros:

The hotel had a good accomodation.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel asked for charges upfront while ordering foods as if we will leave the hotel without paying ( not a normal hotel way that i experienced)
Secondly, there was no reminder for breakfast but there was a reminder to vacate as it was 12 o clock.
Lastly, the food was not at all value for money. The quantity doesn't even suffice one and charges are like a bomb!

Quite disappointing considering the ITC Brand and the price that I paid. Would definitely ot like to stay at this propwr

3. Staff were quite helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

1. Room air conditioning was so noisy that it sounded like noise from a factory floor. The maint crew couldn’t do much about the noise. There was no respite from the noise even after they moved us to an upgraded room.
2. Bathroom linen was below par.
3. Maintenance is not up to mark. Room furniture was marked and chipped.
4. You could feel the property aging
5. Breakfast spread was very disappointing. They couldn’t dish up a poha without onion garlic for my wife in decent time. Surprising that a property in Mumbai from the ITC stable wasn’t prepared for patrons who don’t take onion & garlic.
