Es el primer lugar que encuentras cuando bajas del barquito que te lleva a los distintos pueblos del lago. Es preciosa la zona común de terrazas y jardines.

Cons:

El baño se inundaba fácilmente cuando uno se duchaba, si eres escrupuloso mejor ducharte el primero o esperar a que se limpie

Prachtig uitzicht over het meer
Pros:

Waanzinnige locatie (rechtstreeks aan het meer!) in het rustige dorpje Santa Cruz. Het is een rustig verblijf met een restaurant waar je ook lekker kan eten. Vanuit het dorp pak je de bootjes naar de andere dorpen. In het dorp zelf zijn ook tentjes waar je een drankje kan drinken, kan eten, koffie drinken of een kookcursus volgen.

Cons:

Verblijf is wat primitief/oud, maar meer heb je ook niet nodig.

Luxury without paying the price.
Pros:

The most amazing view and beautiful place. Had a little deck and small grass yard overlooking the lake, absolutely breathtaking. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff was friendly. A perfect place in Santa Cruz to stay on the lake, highly recommend.

Cons:

The shower head was a bit broken but and still did the job. That would be my only complaint.

Great views! But rigid restaurant policies.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. But, the coffee part was confusing. Some breakfasts came with it, some not. And, if you ordered coffee before breakfast you had to pay for it separately even if your breakfast included it! Something about slightly different size cups.

Just, include coffee. Don’t charge for a refill. It’s being cheap.

Cons:

Aleady expressed above. Also being told one was only allowed one jar of agua pura per day seemed cheap.

You charge a lot for your rooms. Free coffee amd unlimited agua pura should be included.

Pros:

The room had a great view, and the location is very convenient, as it is super close to where the boats stop. Being surrounded by nature gives the place a peaceful feeling, and overall the room looked clean.

Cons:

Since the property is surrounded by nature, insects are to be expected; however, we found a lot of spiders in the room and even a scorpion. The isolation from the outside doesn’t seem very good, as insects can enter through openings in the ceiling or windows. Another downside is that there is no area where you can sunbathe or jump directly into the lake. If you are not planning to do hiking trails, there isn’t much to do in Santa Cruz besides enjoying the lake, so we ended up spending our days at another hostel with lake access. If your main plan is to enjoy the lake, I would recommend staying somewhere with direct access.
