Very poor
Cons:

I have been promised that our deposit will be refunded after 7 days. 2 weeks already passed and they kept on promising and making up reasons kn why they were not able to make the refund.

I filed a complaint no one is paying me back filed complaint with bookings
Pros:

They demanded 11,000 pesos when I arrived cash

Cons:

I booked an extra night and they did not let me in till after 9:00 when I asked to check in when I paid for prior day
