Pros:

Kamarnya jorok banget, bed nya jg masih basah lembab sekali ada kecoa ulat kaki seribu wahhhh udnya bantal handuk bau apek kayak yg udh lama ga dicuci kumel banget, staffnya pada belagu dicomplain ga mau pdhal emank jorokkkk banget buat hotel bgitu ga lagi deh nginap disana tobat

하나도 없었음

Cons:

최악이라는 옵션이 없어 아쉬울 뿐. 호텔 외관만 화려하지 실속은 하나도 없음. 6일동안 하루도 빠짐없이 바퀴벌레가 나오고, 침구류나 욕실 위생 상태 최악. 조식은 돌덩어리 같은 팬케이크와 다 식은 면. 어떻게 3성 호텔인건지 의문스러움. 절대 가지 마세요.

Overall, still a good place to stay
Pros:

Overall the location was ideal and the room was spacious.

Cons:

There is a big TV in the room but it wasn't working at all. Called the receptionist about the issue but nothing was done by the staff. So sad...no TV to watch during the stay.

- Schöne Prunkvolle Gebäude

Cons:

- Zimmer war komplett zugestaubt
- Bettdecke war fleckig
- Frühstück, Kaffee war kalt, keine Frühstücksauswahl für internationale Gäste
- Gefühlt konnte dort keiner vom Personal Englisch

The rooms on the 6th floor are worth the price!
Pros:

The staff there is incredible! They were fast, responsive, and responsible when handling the issues in our previous rooms. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor and it’s much more modern and clean compared to the rooms on the 3rd floor. The rooms on the 6th floor are definitely worth the price!

Had a wonderful staycation and wfh days there!

Cons:

When we first got our room on the 3rd floor, there was a cockroach and the room felt a bit damp and dark, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention cleaning the nooks and crannies. Thankfully they moved us to the 6th floor room!

Overall, I could give the hotel a thumb up and will come back again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, breakfast was good and staffs were friendly.

Cons:

The front desk staff could not understand simple English and I had a hard time trying to communicate with him. Wanted to feedback to him that there was a big lizard clawing in the room and hopefully he can get the cleaning staff to remove the insect.

Everything is fine except for the internet and tv

Cons:

The wifi is bad, they listed smart tv with netflix but cant even use as wifi was so bad.

Cons:

I couldn't shower because of the moldy bathroom. Dirty shower, old bathtub, moldy curtain. That's the suite room. It's really the worst. Nasi Goreng is on the seafood menu, but I ate bread that they brought because they said it wasn't available.
