Pros:

It was a great place to stay. We loved the colour of the room, the wooden floors, it was warm, William was welcoming, and though the bathroom was not en suite, it was just next to the bedroom. The location is central yet the room was very quiet.

Pros:

Host is a nice guy with excellent local knowledge and advice. The room was big enough, and the shower worked just fine. Will be booking here again next time im in Bristol. The bed was also very comfy.

Unterkunft war ok, die Randbedingungen nicht!
Cons:

Die in Booking genannte "keine Altersbeschränkung für den Checkin" ist falsch!
Die allein reisende Person (ich selbst war leider krank geworden) unter 18 J. hätte nicht alleine einchecken können laut Vermieter / Besitzer!
Außerdem hat diese Unterkunft kein WiFi Zugang, das sollte nochmal explizit in den Buchungsbedingungen genannt werden. Soetwas geht heutzutage gar nicht mehr!!!

Lovely home stay!
Pros:

Comfy bed, good shower, warm welcome.

Cons:

Really tricky to find but the host helped me. Not a huge problem once you know where you’re going and you won’t find a comfier bed with a parking space in this area!

Mother and daughter 1 night stay
Pros:

Welcoming host, very comfortable bed, nice room, and a clean bathroom. Location was ideal for central Bristol but most importantly the many lovely cafes, restaurants , vintage shops, etc of Gloucester Rd . Montpelier train station is a short walk away with just a few stops to Clifden Downs where we went for a festival.

Cons:

Main door to the building was not obvious to us at first but the host answered the phone and met us outside.
