Friendly staff, as always in Vietnam, but our our requested bed configuration wasn't possible on arrival afterall.
Room was OK, but on a later return to Hanoi we found a nicer place at about the same price.
Location is central but it's a small busy street in the middle if the touristic area. There are other much nicer areas in the city.

The location is perfect and the staff very accommodating and assisted with our luggage up the stairs.
It included breakfast but they had no chef so we were given a refund. Good value for money.
The Aircon was freezing and we were unable to adjust the temperature so had to keep turning it on and off during the night. No blankets provided and just a light sheet.
