Breakfast was good, location was good for what we needed, but its not a touristy part of the island. Rooms snug

The omelette that was freshly cooked for us at breakfast was delicious and the service was also friendly and good.
The AC didn't work and also the room key which made it uncomfortable.The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very big too high for a comfortable sleep.

The facilities need to upgraded,especially shower need to repair. And AC is not working in the middle of the night.
The location
We booked online and arrived in the afternoon. Still it took the staff 1 hour to check us in. The staff was nice and tried their best thought.
The internet in the first room did not work. Asked for another room, didn't work either. Then the third room finally worked.
The thing that bothered me the most: I wanted to talk to the management about a potential cancellation for our last night (because of the internet not working). Would have been totally fine with paying the night we stayed but just didn't want to spend another night there.
But the management refused to even talk to me and just told their staff to tell me it's just not possible. This alone is reason enough for me to not recommend this hotel.
the location around kuta
the bathroom need to clean more, there is so many hair from other customer before. and there not toothpaste and brush provide. but we get the nice position room, cause infront is the view of swimming pool.
