Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch die Terrasse. Gut eingerichtete Küche in unserem Appartement. Auch die Frage nach einem glutunfreien Frühstück für unsere Tochter hat super geklappt - vielen Dank !

Excelente, super recomendada
Pros:

Nos encanto!!!, hermoso lugar, areas verdes muy lindas, excelente desayuno, habitacion amplia, limpia y confortable, baño comodo. Estacionamiento amplio.
Ubicacion muy cerca de pucon si vas en auto. Buena atencion del personal.
Volveremos!!!

Almohadas un poco incomodas, muy altas y duras.

Pros:

3ra vez que me quedo en Monteverde. Dos veces en habitación dentro del hotel y en una ocasión en departamento. He ido con familia y amigos.
Creo que el lugar en sí tiene una relación precio calidad increíble, es muy hogareño, la atención es un 10 de 10. El desayuno muy sureño y me da mucha confianza. Destaca su ubicación y limpieza.

Cons:

Si buscas lujo este no es el lugar. Monteverde es hogareño y simple, no obstante hermoso!

Amei a estadia!
Pros:

Da varanda do quarto, a linda vista do lago Villarica. Ao lado, uma bela floresta. Local tranquilo e muito agradável! Acomodação confortável e limpa. Tudo funcionou bem, só não havia entendido que o café da manhã seria deixado no quarto para nosso próprio preparo (cortar frutas, fazer os ovos, café). Mas isso acabou sendo delicioso, com a tranquilidade e a beleza que o lugar oferece!

Excelente opción de descanso en Pucón
Pros:

Todo es muy bueno! Paisaje precioso con vistas al lago y las montañas, en un entorno verde, cuidado, lleno de plantas y flores. Tiene varios tipos de alojamientos, hotel, apart, cabañas y tiny houses. Paramos en el hotel, muy acogedor, con desayuno buffet completo, con productos de calidad y variados. La habitación preciosa, amplia, equipada con TV plana con cable, pava eléctrica, aire acondicionado frío/calor, radiadores, hogar a leña. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Mucha agua caliente y toallas nuevas. Tiene una piscina pequeña, climatizada, frente al lago, que se puede reservar con exclusividad por una hora y vale la pena!!! Estacionamiento gratuito en el lugar. Buena atención, sin que se note que hay gente de servicio en el lugar. Es muy tranquilo, con espacios verdes amplios. Nos encantó. Excelente relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es buena pero hay que tener vehículo, es a 5 kms. de Pucón.

Que no haya jabón solido, solo líquido.
