Pros:

La vista. El departamento. El entorno.

Cons:

Hay que reservar la piscina temperada por solo una hora al día. Lo cual no está aclarado en ningún lado cuando uno reserva. La atención de la recepcionista dejo mucho que desear.

Lindas vistas, buen espacio, buen precio, problemas de mantencion en el baño
Pros:

El espacio de la habitación es muy cómodo. Está muy bien pensado.

Cons:

Hubo un problema con el sifón del baño, lo que provocó que el agua de la tina (al vaciarla) saliera por ahí y se inundara el piso del baño. Fueron muy atentos y rápidos para ir a solucionar el problema pero la verdad es que siguió saliendo agua (menos) y el mal olor persistió.

Pros:

Recinto muy lindo estéticamente, hermosas áreas verdes, piscina cómoda y con buena vista. Habitación espaciosa y cómoda.

Cons:

Arrendamos un bungalow, que en la fotografía salía que tenía balcón con terraza, sin embargo la cabaña que nos facilitaron no tenía balcón ni terraza.

Apart hiper recomendable!
Pros:

Me alojé en un apart, super cómodo y bien equipado. Solo estuve una noche pero sin dudas volvería por más días.
Desayuno hiper completo a la habitación.
El check in y check out super ágil.

Pros and Cons!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the Hotel Manager.

Bed was comfortable with lovely linen and pillows. I was particularly happy with the fact that they provide a top sheet and fleece blankets so you can decide how many or how little covers you need at night. Nothing irritates me as much as a massive duvet when it’s warm outside!

Great shower with plenty of hot water, although the shower curtain is not something I like! The bathroom products (shampoo etc) were very nice.

The views from the property over the lake are lovely.

It was reasonably priced for Pucón in high season and I think some of the other bungalows and chalets were in better condition than ours. At least we were close to the parking area and the Reception for Wi-Fi connection.

Cons:

Because the property was advertised as an “Aparthotel” we thought we could pay for meals or drinks at a Bar etc but this was not the case. When we asked about meal option the Receptionist advised we needed to go in to Pucón. That’s all fine when Pucón is a mere 6km down the road, but in the peak season the traffic jams are worse than any city we’ve visited. Total nightmare, amd most trips took 25-30 minutes each way.

We had noisy neighbours on our 3rd night and because there was nobody to complain to after 10pm we had to put up with their noise until after midnight. I know this sort of selfish behaviour is outside the control of the management but it was frustrating that there was nobody available to approach the family to ask them to tone it down!

The bungalow was very dated and really needed a good coat of paint, but it was comfortable and it was good to have the kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer.

Wi-Fi was patchy. We found one spot in the bungalow where we could get a good connection (standing up beside the TV) but elsewhere it was unreliable so we had to go over to the Reception to connect properly.

We had no outside space with our bungalow as we were upstairs over the bungalows below. If you want to sit outdoors in the evening you would need to consider this.

Muy bien decorado, limpio y equipado, el paisaje hermoso, el desayuno muy abundante, queremos volver ahí. Con normas claras ideal para el descanso. Tiene cancha, piscina, piscina temperada.
