Prime location to downtown Austin and great staff/service
Pros:

Loved staying here. So close to the airport and the highway, so it’s very easy to get around Austin if you have a car. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Refreshments available 24/7 in the lobby. They prepared cold breakfast for me to take with me as I checked out around 3am.

Cons:

Even though the location is close to many things, I was not expecting the hotel to be right next to a correctional facility. For this reason I had to keep my windows covered my entire stay as people would be able to see straight in.

Pros:

Staff was so friendly. One day our room was skipped for cleaning, but we got back early and the woman emptied the trash cans & refreshed towels in bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Glad they had peanut butter. Got a great recommendation for dinner one night.

Pros:

Super convenient location, great facility with the airport shuttle and fantastic rooms! The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Melvin and all the other staff that supported me during my stay. Thank you !

Fine for the night
Pros:

Close to airport and comfortable bed

Cons:

English should be the language spoken and understood in US. Driver spoke no English and clerk did not understand all English.

Definite a great place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great, plenty of selection
Room was clean and the beds were great
We selected this location for easy access, to and from, plus the closeness to our company activities
One more thing, the convenience store, a stone throw away was welcomed as well

Cons:

The pool. Usually we stay where there is an indoor pool but the location pros outweighed the cons
We did try out the pool though, it was just too inviting (cold) not to try it at least once
