Cons:

The pillows do not hold their shape, just bring your own or stack them. The fridge was not very cold.

Convenient for early flights but the tiny fridge and no coffee facilities in room was disappointing.
Pros:

We were allowed early access. I can'd understand unbelievably late check in times in US - check-out 10 am or occasionally 11am. What are you meant to do for 6 hours?? It should be no later than 2pm!

Cons:

Minuscule fridge - so unAmerican!!! There is more than sufficient space for a larger refrigerator!!

No tea or coffee making facilities in hotel rooms!
