Nunca foi nesso hotel porque ningueim me encaminhou o numero da prenotaçao e o Pin, seja hotel, seja booking. Tambem, nao atendeva ningueim pelo telefone que esta no site de booking. Eu paguei quando fiz a reserva mas nao recebeu nada. Escreveu tambem ao hotel tramite booking mas ningueim me deu bola...eu pensei que foi caida em golpe mas hoje recebe dao booking para email o questionario. Eu nao sabe de quem foi o erro mas alguns me deveria reembolsar.
