Die Betten waren bequem - das Zimmer genügend groß.
Der Service ist höchst "einfach" bei drei Übernachtungen wurde einmal die Zimmerreinigung nicht gemacht. Ansonsten nicht wirklich gut (zum Beispiel musst ich einmal nach Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption fragen (ist mir noch nie passiert)
Das Frühstück in der angrenzenden Autobahnraststätte ist eine Zumutung!!!
"Full English" ist die einzige Option, was in diesem Fall bedeutet: Kartoffelbratlinge OK, Bakon hart wie Schuhsohle, undefinierbare Würstchen (und ich hatte viele englische Frühstücke), lauwarme baked beans und warmgehaltene Spiegeleier. Eine Scheibe Toastbrot kostet extra.
Leicht unverschämt finde ich die Parkgebühr von 5 bPd. - auf einer Autobahnraststätte mit geschätzt 300 Parkplätzen mangelt es weder an Platz noch ist zu erwarten, dass Gäste ohne Auto anreisen (wiue denn??) -> Abzocke!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly refurbished and the bed was so comfortable. Could not fault anything.
The breakfast served in Welcome break was appalling.
The egg was broken and dry then they just threw another one on my plate. Bacon was dry. Hash browns so overcooked they snapped when cut and flew off the plate.
It’s a shame as it let the Days Inn hotel down.
Convenient for staying when working in the area. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.
I thought it was a little on the pricy side. There was no WiFi either. £5 per day parking was a little frustrating and unexpected considering it is not in walking distance to anywhere. Factoring in this extra cost means you could get a much nicer hotel slightly off the motorway.

Pre paid for breakfast ( not cheap ) expecting a comfortable area and varied selection, like every other hotel I’ve stayed in, the breakfast was served in the communal area of the service station, absolutely dreadful, no choice at all, no cereal, no fruit, juices or tea refills, as I’d expect, I certainly won’t be using this service again

Don't bother paying extra for breakfast. By day the place you get breakfast is a Chinese in the main services station. Breakfast was awful and the staff were not friendly. Just pay for something in one of the other places there.
