Had to pay for parking description said it’s free also booked double was given twin room had to complain to get what I booked
It was fine - just a bed for the night, what I wanted.
Nothing, it was fine.
It was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and pillows good.
The parking is terrible. There are not enough parking spaces near the property and most are taken up by electric charging which could be done elsewhere. It was very confusing how to get to the hotel once in the service station.
The reception staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to help me find a decaf tea bag from their own supplies. The room was absolutely spotless so please tell your housekeeping team that they do a fantastic job, it was super clean, thoughtfully laid out (even toilet roll was pointed and pressed!) and meant I could relax properly.
Please think of providing decaff coffee and tea or fruit tea options, for those of who can't have caffeine there were no options.
Convenient, good value
Bed far too small, not a proper single, very Narrow, I am a larger person, had a fear of falling out all night, so little sleep had.
Cheap and cheerful with a comfy bed so happy for the price.
Bathroom was quite old looking bath looked dirty

Staff breaking confidentiality . Paid for late check out and still got woke up anyway so £15 wasted
The lady on the reception was lovely and very welcoming, the room was clean and spacious for the price, overall absolutely no issues at all, I'd definitely stay again!
The room and double bed met our needs. The bathroom was great with hand rails in useful positions as i have mobility difficulties.
