Cheap but room was dirty
Pros:

Manager at the desk was very nice.

Cons:

Spiders & insects in room, moved bed closer to fan and found mouldy food under the bed. No A/C

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, hay opciones de comercios ahi mismo, el parking es grande. La habitación es grande y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Hacía demasiado calor en la habitación, si no tienen aire acondionado deberían tener al menos una opción de ventiladores.

Memorable for the wrong reasons
Pros:

Location was convenient
Staff were lovely , friendly and chatty
Breakfast was value for money for an English breakfast

Standard of the hotel was below average
Bins not emptied, dirty bathroom , very dated and general poor standard of cleaning
NO air conditioning in room !!!!!!!!!!!! One of hottest days
of the year and told to CLOSE the curtains !? Not acceptable . If the company can afford air conditioning for it’s operations computer room then the same courtesy should be given to your paying customers !!!
No parking at or close to the hotel having to park in the main service station car park AND pay £5 for the privilege
Breakfast was good value but there was no alternatives

Superschoon, vriendelijke receptie en ook laat nog boodschapjes om de hoek.

Cons:

Een minpuntje, onze kamer had wel twee makkelijke stoelen maar geen tafeltje erbij.

Nice when we got to our room

Cons:

The first night of my the 2 we stayed we couldn’t get back because the motorway junction was shut so we had to park in a lay-by for 5 hours 12-5 until it opened again so only had 2 hours sleep before we had to leave & we weren’t informed of this!

Pros:

Our room was on the upper floor as we had requested. A small hitch with the room set-up was sorted immediately by very helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom was great with a super shower.
Tea, coffee and kettle very welcome.
We enjoyed our brief stay, in a convenient location for us.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, the hotel was as we expected.
