Pros:

Struttura essenziale, ha ciò che serve per pernottare e se si vuole scaldare qualcosa tra micronde e tostapane si può fare, presente anche un bollitore con posate e piatti

Cons:

Presente una macchinetta del caffè che va a cialde, gentilmente quattro già presenti in stanza, ma quando poi ne chiedi altre a pagamento ti viene detto che non sono comprese… un po una stomacata visto che ti offri di pagare

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was very central and the instructions to get in were very clear.

If you have a question during your stay, there is only an AI assistant, which means that you won't get an accurate answer to your question and will go round in circles. There were coffee pods but no coffee machine to use them in.

Pros:

Fabulous location,so close to everything within walking distance. The place was very clean and had the essentials for basic cooking. A/C worked great. The laundy facilities were an added bonus. Easy check in and prompt replies. Close to the airport but you hear nothing. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

Cons:

We were always able to find parking on the street but you need some driving skills to get close enough to the wall so other cars could get by. Just something we aren't used to in Canada.

Todo muy limpio
La cama muy cómoda
La habitación Corvo es pequeña para una estancia larga, pero es perfecta para 2 noches .
Está ubicada en una zona tranquila , a 5 minutos de todos los bares y restaurantes y casi sin ruido, lo cual se agradece para descansar
Tienes todo lo necesario para preparar una ensalada o un sándwich y te dejan galletas , té local y café para prepararte el desayuno .
Quizás otra habitaciones tengan otras características
El punto de tener lavadora ayuda si vienes de muchos días haciendo excursiones de trekking de 20 km

Great location, easy walking access to everything in Ponta Delgada. Air conditioning worked very well in the room, nice and clean and cool.

Cons:

Parking was a challenge - the street is narrow with a very thin curb to parallel park on.

Buen apartamento para un par de días.
Pros:

Está cerca del centro , estaba limpio y tenía muchas comodidades , micro, nevera ,cosas de cocina .

Cons:

Un poco estrecho, tenías que hacer malabarismo para entrar . La nevera por la noche hacía ruido , pero igual eso es personal y no le dejaba dormir.

Habitación un poco pequeña para pasar más de dos días. Al tener nevera en la habitación tuvimos que desenchufarla porque hacía mucho ruido.

Struttura carina, in centro città, anche se in una strada stretta.
Offerti biscotti, caffè e tè per 1 giorno. Disponibile in stanza frigo, microonde, bollitore, piatti e posate.

Cons:

La stanza molto piccola per due persone, se ci si siede alla scrivania oppure si apre l’armadio non si passa più.
Il servizio host così e così, dato che si comunica attraverso booking, anche se per “velocizzare” la comunicazione in loco hanno mandato un numero whatsapp.
Quando avevamo bisogno di info al whatsapp non ha mai risposto nessuno, abbiamo quindi usato il canale solito per chiedere come muoverci con i taxi per l’aeroporto. Ci risponde una persona diversa dalle prime volte, molto gentile, che si offre di aiutarci a prenotare un taxi per il mattino presto e ci fa sapere che ci avrebbe informato appena avrebbe fatto. Non avendo più avuto comunicazioni, abbiamo scritto nuovamente e il “team” ci risponde di arrangiarci da soli.
Credo che alla chat di booking rispondano persone diverse, ma questo disorienta l’ospite e non è carino dato che se si viene da fuori è utile avere qualche riferimento.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything, including shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions. The room was very clean, and one thing we really appreciated was the ample closet space. It's one of the few hotels we've stayed at where we had plenty of room to store all our clothes comfortably. Communication with the staff was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Another huge plus was having a washing machine—it made things so much easier. Highly recommended!

Hay cosas que mejorar
Pros:

Tenía un poco de todo para poder apañarte unos días

Cons:

Las almohadas fueron un horror y la ubicación está bien pero al estar en una calle súper estrecha no puedes dejar apenas el coche y si lo dejas con riesgo de que le den al pasar
