Pros:

Calm and quite place. I just stayed for my workshop. Super easy and clean. They even had a small balcony also good washroom. I highly recommend for long stays or short stay for 2 people.

Pros:

The host of this home-stay is a very nice and helpful person. He takes individual care of his guests. Both living/rest room as well as bathroom was very much clean. A well-mannered host and a well-maintained homestay. WIFI, A.C. and Heater was working properly. For safety, there was C. C. Camera installed outside the room.

Cons:

Location of this property is the only drawback, as one has to go a long way to reach bus, railway, flight or metro facilities. The location of the property is at Thundalam which is at outskirts of Chennai city.
