Pros:

Location, cleanliness and comfort.
Overall satisfied and happy with this hotel.

Cons:

No hot water, tv operation not explained, no batteries in the remote, no eating utensils.

Würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Für einen Ausländer im October überraschend, aber die Unterkunft und das Apartment war komplett weihnachtlich eingerichtet, inkl. Wichtelpaar auf der Couch.

Exceptional
Pros:

This is a very nice apartment in the centre of Davao next to the People Park, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host is very friendly and responsive. The location is superb, a lot of dining options are in the area.

Cons:

My sincere advice to the host is to urgently disinfect the apartment from big cockroaches and do it on a regular basis. My small daughter was really afraid seeing them running and flying in the apartment.
