Good Staff and location
Pros:

Hotel room was good and its nearby river only. Staff was good and food was good too. Property is little old but it's okay as location is good.

Cons:

Everything was good just they haven't provided drinking water.

There's no spa - it's just a hotel! I felt lied to.
Pros:

The room was fantastic, the food tasted great albeit pricey.

Cons:

There was no spa, nor was this by the river. The food was only available as room service, there was no restaurant area, and the gym had VERY limited hours.

1) Behaviour of staff asking for advance when booking said no pre-payment.

Room service staff line not working . Had to call many times t9 get things done
