Would not recommend due to poor condition of the unit.
Pros:

Good location. Accessible to most if tourist spots.

Cons:

Sublease/owner is not aware about the poor conditions of the facility. Staff didn’t inform guest about the parking. Care taker is not always accessible. Some of the ammenities listed on the site don’t really exist.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The place was so convinient for staying, since it is located at center of the city.
It is nearby to all restaurants, attractions, shops and easy to get taxi for transportation. I recommend this place for solo, couple and family who want to visit baguio for vacation or holiday.

It was good
Pros:

I like the location. it is very convenient and within the city limits

Cons:

I felt that the owners were not so considerate of travellers. My basis is, considering the arrival time and check in time, i had hoped that somehow our back packs can be dropped off even in the reception. Unfortunately, we had to bring our backpacks on our tour of Baguio. Maybe next time, the owner of the unit can arrange with the lobby such that they can accommodate the dropping off of baggages in the lobby/reception
